  1. My favorite places to be alone with God outside of the home are the park, in a specific pavillion where no one usually is, and the public library. Nature helps me feel close to God, and I know others who feel the same way. Secondly, my bedroom, because it has a very peaceful atmosphere. One of my friends walked in my bedroom and said she could tell I spend a lot of time in there because of the way it felt. I feel that God's Presence with me is such a gift. And when I can sense Him with me, it gives me joy and peace. I'm thankful for it.
  2. Kai is a very cool middle name! Just sayin'
  3. I guess they sell tacos at Burger King now. Seems odd to me, but if you can "have it your way", like they advertise, it could be a good thing. I wonder if salsa will become a new ingredient that they serve?
  4. Well everyone on Noah's ark probably all exited the boat together too! Lol! Sounds fair to me!
  5. There's a toothpaste Bean Boozled! I googled it! Lol!
  6. Yeah, I don't get that either. Gross! Then again, I loved Garbage Pail Kid cards when I was a kid, in the 80s...again, gross!
  7. At our local Big Lots store, they sold "Belly Flops" at one time, irregular Jelly Belly jelly beans. If I were a Jelly Belly jelly bean, I would probably be one of those, strawberry-flavored.
  8. Buttered popcorn jelly belly jelly beans are my favorite! I'm blessed that they sell that particular flavor by the pound at one of our local shops where I live.
  9. Reminds me of going to a baseball game!mmm piizzaa!
  10. Well, I haven't had them for quite some time, but I usually just fry them up and caramelize sugar on them. They remind me of my childhood because my mom used to make them a lot when I was a kid. Hers were really good.
  11. Using my user name this time: Potato chips, perch, plantains, papaya, and pop Sounds like a decent meal to me!
  12. I think one of the biggest things I've had to learn in my walk with God is to get to know Him, as my friend, who I can always trust. He is perfect and always in control. Being in relationship with God, basking in and acknowledging His presence, brings me peace and joy, even when times get difficult. I cast my burdens to the cross often, and, believing, He takes them. Then any worry or anxiety goes and my peace and joy is restored. Praise and worship also helps with any unrest I may feel.
  13. Congrats ladypeartree! What a blessing! And the name, Felicity, is just precious! Praying she will grow up in God's ways and never depart from His ways.
  14. Knowing how to cook them might be an even bigger task. I would probably Google it. Lol
