  1. Thank you dear friend, very good and well received! Have a blessed Thanksgiving?
  2. Dear sister this is wonderful and very encouraging. I agree 100%, but I must admit it has been difficult at times to follow 100%. I do find it amazing, that you said you wrote this year's ago, however God's word never gets old. It's fresh and full of life everyday. The same as the in sight that God has given you, that to never grows old. God bless ?
  3. Very interesting questions to indeed study into, as missmuffet also brought questions of new avenues worth exploring to our table. I'm delighted to study and learn and grow in the things of God. His word is absolutely the most precious gift ( of course Christ being the first precious gift, but also being the word made flesh) that we could have in our lives. We find everything we need within the blessed pages!!! Thank you for sharing this and offering news avenues of study. May God bless you ?
  4. Beautiful words from our Lord.Thank you for sharing this. I loved it! May God bless you ?
  5. Thank you for sharing your view, and your points are correct. We are created in God's image ( Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. Genesis 1:26-27) This is a totally different subject however those who may believe in evolution, ( which is against God's creative design) Missmuffet's point must be taken into account. All humans are made in his image, this means Being made in his image is having both a material body and an immaterial soul/spirit. Which animals do not. I'm sorry getting off in the wrong direction! back to subject, with that being said, that animals don't have a soul ( which is the truth) doesn't necessarily mean that one's pets don't go to heaven. This then opens up another subject ( how could an animal go-to heaven without a soul? ) God in his infinite wisdom and never ending love says: No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly” (Psalm 84:11) as well as Romans 8:18 I don't think the sufferings we are going through now are even worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed to us in the future. we are ashored that Heaven is a place filled with everything we need for our complete happiness. From just being in the presence of God, to our mansion on a hill with more then we can ever ask or think of.( This then could mean our wonderful animal compaions, our pets) thank you sister, for bringing these views into this thread. It makes one want to study more into subjects and forever grow in God's holy word. May God bless you ?
  6. I believe many of us here at worthy, had amazing animals (of all sorts) for our pet's. They fill our lives with love, they comfort us, they fill voids of loneliness, they bring much joy and pleasure and we are so thankful for the time we've shared with them.. I believe they are gifts from God. For he supplied all of our needs, and many times this was through our pets. This was an amazing vision experience that it sounds as though you had. God does use dreams and visions even today to foretell coming things, to lead, guild and direct his children, to simply bless our minds with peace, comfort and rest. Those are wonderful displays of God ever knowing love for us ,being poured out upon us, as he always supplies our needs that brings him glory. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, may God bless you ?
  7. No that doesn't sound harsh to me. I absolutely believe that :He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away. (Revelation 21:4) Thank you for sharing your view, may God bless you ?
  8. I'm sorry to hear that, and yes I agree it can be extremely heart breaking. I believe we love them, because no matter what they are always there with no conditions, a faithful friend to the end. Amen, we can probably all do much better in this area, but speaking for myself, most definitely. Thanks again

  11. Hello everyone, I'd like to ask a question. Before I ask the question however, I'd like to ask if those who are willing to respond to this question, could discuss this without arguments( please) I believe a forum is where we can all come together and express our opinions, beliefs, God's holy word and learn and grow together. Even if we find ourselves in disagreement, we can answer the questions in this thread and all threads without arguments. We are to set an example to others! Ok my question is: Are pets in heaven? I have looked into the word and found some verses, could they indicate that pet's are in heaven? Could they indicate that they will be with us forever? Isaiah 11:6-9 - The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them. Isaiah 65:25 - The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust [shall be] the serpent's meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the LORD. 1 Corinthians 2:9 - But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. Revelation 5:13 - And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, [be] unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever. Luke 12:6 “Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? Yet not one of them is forgotten by God. Thanks for reading and I'm not sure if this was spoken of before here, I'm sorry if it was but I haven't seen anything about this. I'm really wondering what each one thinks of this question. God bless my friends ?
  12. Hello my friend, What does this mean exactly? Grace is God choosing to bless us rather than curse us as our sin deserves. What would he be a God of second? Grace would actually be the second, the first would be love. God's grace follows who he is , which is love!!! God is love and has demonstrated that love in everything that he does. Paul compares faith, hope, and love, and concludes that "the greatest of these is love" ( 1 Cor 13:13 ). "God Is Love." Agape [ajgavph], the love theme of the Bible, can only be defined by the nature of God. John affirms that "God is love" ( 1 John 4:8 ). God does not merely love; he is love. Everything that God does flows from his love. John emphasizes repeated Grace is:the free and unmerited favor of God, as manifested in the salvation of sinners and the bestowal of blessings. What exactly are the implications of this? "In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace" (Ephesians 1:7). For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do" (Ephesians 2:8-10). God bless ?
  13. Oh how true this is!!! Proverbs 16:24 Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.. Thank you for this encouragement! Many are our storms, But God is awesome through them all!We long await restoration!!!
  14. Thank you. They look really good, I'll have to try them. I love tacos and burritos basically everything from our taco bell menu lol, but I've never seen this there. I'll try giving it a go. I cook a lot ( not the greatest) but a lot of it turns out alright ? I just won't give my full opinion on them from my own cooking experience! Thanks again God bless ?
  15. That's funny! And yes if we'd give thanks for everything in our prayers before our meal, we would never even get to eat LOL ( even if it's spaghetti!!) God bless ?
  16. Well God bless you, that was wonderful and yes I agree, very exhausting. But that was really great being a blessing to so many people. I pray you can now sit down and relax tonight...enjoy your rest you deserve it!? May God bless you this thanksgiving, thanks for sharing ?
  17. Absolutely! Psalm 103: 10-12 10 He has not dealt with us according to our sins, Nor punished us according to our iniquities. 11 For as the heavens are high above the earth, So great is His mercy toward those who fear Him; 12 As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us. Matthew Poole's Commentary The guilt of our sins from our persons and consciences. The sense is, He hath fully pardoned them, so as never to remember them more, as he promiseth, Jeremiah 31:34 Hebrews 10:17.
  18. Please excuse me, this might sound dumb but what are tamales?
  19. Hello Figure of eighty, Know first your not alone! Wherever you go Christ is with you, he's right where you are at all times. Your strength comes from him and he never fails! The second thing is, I see some of me here in your post. I have at times worried about things that didn't even happen, and I worried for nothing Because they never happened. So dear friend try to begin thinking on the positive instead of the negative. We know fear and worry are from Satan. Think instead fearless with Christ and a winner who's been given victory through Christ! Just remember, your steps are ordered by God, he has never steered one off course. God is also your protector and shield, his love for you both is endless. He has brought you this far and he has plans for your future. God bless ?
  20. I've seen this as well, but their are two ways I see brokenness. 1) people who say they are broken and confess their sin, but return to it are those who were only broken because they got caught! The genuine remorse of their sin wasn't there, it was simply a remorse for getting caught. This type of brokenness is only skin deep so to speak, so for them, sin is always on the back burner simmering and can be brought back at any given time. 2) This second type of brokenness is genuine heart felt remorse, this type is one that brings one to their knees before God and man. This type shows the change in one's life, sometimes in a dramatic way, other times, in a subtle way but change is evident. ***whichever case of brokenness occurs, neither truly are an indication of them forgiving themselves. To the first one, they are more prone to excusing their sin and don't feel the need for their own forgiveness. To the second, many have not forgiven themselves and though they are genuinely remorseful, they harbour deep unforgiveness from themselves which in turn can cause them to fall again later in their lives. Thanks for sharing ?
