Thank you for posting this its so encouraging, Gods grace and love is so powerful to save,one person who has always been a tremendous example of this to me is the apostle Paul.I know some people who persecuted me so badly I sometimes doubted their ability to be saved sometimes I give up in prayer or sharing scriptures, i know God's will is for all men to be saved .he can save anyone ,I heard about the" son of Sam"he was a serial killer. In prison he read the bible and was born again he has spent his prison life ministering to inmates. I was too self righteous before I was saved a kind of tree hugging vegetarian do gooder ,but I saw I hated people in my heart .I wasn't matching up to my own standards I was quick to point my finger at others but couldn't see my own wickedness hidden behind smiles and kindness .I came to see my sin was responsible for Jesus death on the cross my hatred and that my good works were filthy rags compared to what Jesus did .one lovey verse is ..."and he went about doing good"....as Jesus said to the man who called him good master ..he said why do you call me good ? no one is good except for God ! And how Good God is to die for sinners.... what wonderous love .thank you so much for posting this its so encouraging im so thank full that Jesus saved me in my hour of need,their is no salvation apart from him no other name under heaven given unto to men whereby we must be saved but by the name of Jesus . I understand that we were in Adam and in Adam we died but in Christ Jesus the perfect man we are made alive.we're apart of the promised seed that would overcome the devil( as God our Father said to Adam and eve in Genesis).when we come to faith in Jesus.Thank you for the verses and messages I appreciate them.

Hebrews says for by one offering he has perfected for all time those who are sanctified. From reading the scriptures the idea seems to be both a present and future reality. Like saying "you died with Christ" I wasn't born yet so how could I have died with him ? subjects of faith are about receiving those things that might not presently be seen and about our belief of having received them .we would not be commanded something we could not do.Our perfection is found in Christ and our faith in him. its not in us we died and Christ lives in us ,we are one with him .his blood has cleansed us from all unrighteousness.even if we do sin here Jesus is our advocate because of what he has done for us we are made perfect.It has nothing to do with us .I don't think isolating verses or pulling them out of the scriptures is good. its better for us to read the whole books all of them then we will have a right understanding of what Scripture say who was speaking to who etc .this is often what people do who try to show contradiction in the bible .it would be like cutting up different newspaper articles and putting them together and hoping to get the whole story.Thank you for you post .I know the article is from a website and not your wrighting .I don't agree with this website.

Thank you for the message . So you got me thinking..remember when Jesus disciples asked Jesus what they must do to work the works of God Jesus told them the work of God is to believe in him . Jesus' presence did not abolish the law.Jesus said he didn't come to abolish the law but to fulfill it . If Jesus did break the Sabbath day or not keep it holy he would not have been our spottless sacrificial lamb. Remember just because Jesus is silent doesn't mean his accusers are right .he was largely silent and undefensive throughout his trial. Because Jesus is god and the law maker he fulfilled the the law on behalf of mankind .as the testator of the old covenant he died and brought in a new covenant and everlasting covenant in his blood that we can be saved by faith in him and recieve eternal life . The law of God was a school master to accuse us almost so that the whole world would be guilt before God and call out to Jesus for salvation The new commandment Jesus gave his dicipkes was to love one another as he had loved us .love is the fulfillment of the law. My main point was that Jesus even being the Lord of the sabbath did not break the Sabbath but indeed kept it holy. By having faith in Jesus Christ we enter into rest from dead works .and walk in a new and living way which he showed us and it is Love ...love God and live our neighbour. Thanks for your posts,I don't want to get involved to much (im just passing through resading)its just something i wanted to share in this thread ,just one thing Jesus didn't work on the Sabbath he kept it holy,but he was falsely accused for working by the pharisees he did not obey the traditions and rules of the elders and Pharisees but he never broke the Sabbath by doing what was considered work on the Sabbath in Gods law. Today the Orthodox Jews have many traditions they consider work like turning on or off a light switch they consider work .it has to do with not lighting a fire on the sabbath many Orthodox Jews remove the lightbulbs from The refrigerator on the sabbath or find a goy shabbat to turn on lights turn off stoves ,light cigarettes etc. so they don't have to break the Sabbath .in Israel their is I think 'eruv' Like a wire boundary that marks public and private domain of the household and with in it certain things can be done on the Sabbath .also on the sabbath they are not to carry more than the weight of an egg or something to this effect if passing in to Jerusalem carrying something they might find a gentile to carry it into the city for them .all of the pharisees rules were adding to Gods word and were not Gods word.Jesus never broke the Sabbath he was accused of brewing it because he didn't obey the rules of the Pharisees. I cannot understand why the united states must support the secular Antichrist state that calls itself "Israel" and is blasphemous but is not Israel.Jesus Christ is the true Israel. This is a situation I have been in for quite so me years.I live in a building on the same property as the family house.I was in a very bad situation living here i was starved when i was pregnant with twins after my husband left me i was locked out of the main house and didn't have food i broke a window to get food from the freezer i was so hungry nauseas I had terrible pain under my ribs I prayed to God saying you said we would not be hungry if we trusted in you ,I felt a bit like peter "kill and eat" .I Brook the window and ate .because it was twins I had developed high blood pressure I had passed out once when my husband was in Israel all I could tell him is something happened to me, I couldn't wake up.I eventually felt the babies stop moving. one day my water Broke and I miscarried the two babies my heart was broken it still is (but I know they cannot be harmed ever again they are with Jesus ), after this I was also taken to court by my mother I didn't defend myself(she goes to church in my understanding in the moment I thought she was a Christian and Christians don't take each other to court so I didn't go for this reason) I couldn't get to court anyway the police came to take me away one morning in my pijamas, to a mental heath ward of a government hospital I was put in solitary confinement for 2weeks I collapsed in the corridor when coming of from the bath I got a dislocated jaw .I still don't remember why I collapsed if I was punched or something but my blood pressure was all over the place they put me on a drip and called my family to come my jaw got fixed .I was then taken out in the middle of the night to another hospital put in solitary confinement and had electroshocks done to me my grandmother died in this time ,I was left in there for some weeks till my medical aid ran out then I was taken to a place where 153 people died it was on the south African news the case went to the united nations .my mother stole me out she saw it was very bad She said she couldn't sleep at night.I'm still living on the same property she often threatens me to drug me etc .but now she has no legal authority over me anymore due to other things that happened to me .I was looking after the animals and house my brother came from overseas .I got beaten up by him he was a pastor and studied in a seminary he got into trouble with a woman in a church in Australia and left there and came back to s.a. to go to korea.then he beat me up one day after I was feeding the animals .I sorrowfully did fight back more to disable him than anything I got thrown in the wall a chair got broken he hit me pretty hard in the head i got head aches and a big blue ear .he had previously thrown me into a tree out side when I was carrying cages of birds out of the aviary because a big storm was coming a neighbour intervined.I'm pretty isolated I developed anemia after severe bleeding after the miscarriage I learnt through the internet I retained placenta .most of the time I have to pretend to get along but I try to avoid all contact as much as possible God has blessed me with more time alone here and my fears of threats has ceased I'm bolder to share the good news with people my time alone has helped me study the bible .I found tapes then I brought a C.D.Of the bible being g read by Alexander scourby .my mother got a internet connection here I am with my true family on worthy .God is very good I don't think its a sin not to be with your family of the flesh if they are abusive or violent or blasphemous but its always good to be with your spiritual family .were all children of God by faith in Jesus Christ . I share my story .maybe it can help some one I suppose I also needed to share with others and the topic was what I have been thinking about .God said he would give us a testimony through the things we suffer .my testimony is that God is true .he is our defender he will never leave us or forsake us and the present suffering even if they are only for a little while don't compare to what God has planed for all who live him and are called according to his purpose .I WOnder if my mother will be saved oneday .my one brother died recently without Christ .he said he didn't want to see me all I could do is message him the good news that Christ had died for his sins.for the person who asked the question may God help you give you wisdom in what ever situation your in .I think one day I will just Go I have a back pack packed I couldn't leave because I had bleeding issues which God has now healed.if you need to get away from your family because of persecution this is good if you don't get along because they are not Christian its understandable Jesus said he came to set mother against daughter etc and that we need to love him more than our mother father sister brothers etc . this is also not a sin know this is a very personal story .sorry if anyone is offended I hope it can encourage any christian who is having troubles .may the comforter comfort you .

Jesus Christ died for you he loves you so much .God created us all in his image .its easier to focus on what God thinks of you than what other people do.Jesus was dispised and rejected by his own people too and was ultimately handed over to be crucified he forgave his enemies and tought us how to love each other .we must pray for those who hate us love our enemies. I'll share something with you when I was younger living in a village with Tswana tribes I started to want to be more african almost it was very strange.i never felt like this before.I realised we all bring glory to God as his creation were all totally different.I suppose I wanted to fit in almost and i loved many of the people I was living with like family and saw how beautiful the Tswana people are I wanted to be just like everyone I was living with. so I can relate to you a bit .in life there are some things we can change and some things we can't our attitude's about things and understanding of who we are as children of God these things are what matters most.in Jesus Christ were all one .we all need each other and are valuable to the body of Christ .let's pray together about all this ? Hi my friend I thought your message deserves more time than what I had yesterday. So I divided to look up some verses etc its helps me to study and grow so I hope its helpful to you too Mathew 5:5 says" the meek shall Inherit the earth " Jeremiah 31:33says this is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time declares the lord I will put my law in their minds and wright it on their hearts I will be their God and they will be my people Jesus Christ is the true Israel all who believe in him are the Israel of God and the new covenant is that God put his law in our minds and writes it on our hearts when we have faith in the Messiah Jesus and the holy spirit comes and lives in us . I was reading Hebrews this morning I came across this verse Hebrews 12:22 but you have come to mount Zion to the heavenly Jerusalem the city of the living God Hebrews 11:13 all these people were still living by faith when they died they did not receive the things promised ;they only saw them and welcomed them from afar off they admitted that they were aliens and strangers on earth .people who say such things show that they are looking for a country of their own .if they had been thinking of a country they had left they would of had opportunity to return.instead they were longing for a better country ---an heavenly one .therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God for he has prepared a city for them .
