  1. Many believers do not enjoy their Christianity as they should because they have an idea of God, and how to deal with Him, and how He deals with them, that is remarkably wrong. There are many born again Saints whose entire idea of fellowship with God is not friendship, is not a love relationship, is not family..... but its a sort of a "how do i make myself worthy enough for God to be nice to me and accept me". Its almost a sort of mild performance anxiety mental issue, where the believer has not been able to accept or believe that God loves them because God is LOVE and that is what He does, because that is who He is......in reality. Instead they are forever straining at the straps, earning, stressing, ever seeking to perform enough, long enough, so that God can accept them. And truly, this performance based Christian mentality is a straight jacket of misery, and if you are wearing it, i want to offer you a verse to meditate on so that you get a True Vision of the God who saved you, and not because you earned it, but only because "God so loved YOU", that even if you were the only person in the world, He still would have sent His Blessed Son to the Cross just to bring YOU home to His Kingdom and into His heart. Look at this verse... and see the real God, your Father. John 16:24 "and hitherto have you asked nothing in my name : ASK and you shall receive, that your JOY MAY BE FULL."" Now, let me expound this just a little ......... "what are you waiting for?.....ask me.... im your Father.....I love you......and i want to give to you my blessing so that your joy may be full" Now, did you notice what you are to do to earn this fullness of Joy that God wants to give you? Answer.) = nothing You dont earn it. And the reason is, .. God's love for you is not a performance based rewards system. He is not up there taking notes and awarding and subtracting reward points, and if you finally do enough and get enough points, you finally get a blessing. That is not God. That is not how God's love works, or functions.... Yet many believers are working to get God's love., working to get God's acceptance.... working to get God to love them.........and they never feel it, ever..... because God's love is FREELY given. You noticed the reward of simply asking God in prayer ? = "that your JOY might be full"... = Blessing. God wants this for you. This is How He loves you.... He loves by GIVING and GIVING, and never is this based on your performance. Its always and only based on God's nature.... God is a giver... God is LOVE. God loves YOU.
  2. The secular world keeps yelling, “Don’t judge me.” Well, I maintain that we must discern with the Holy Spirit and warn people of their fate in hell if they do not repent. Christ did. 30 And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell. Matthew 5:30 King James Version (KJV) 39 And Jesus said, For judgment I am come into this world, that they which see not might see; and that they which see might be made blind. 40 And some of the Pharisees which were with him heard these words, and said unto him, Are we blind also? 41 Jesus said unto them, If ye were blind, ye should have no sin: but now ye say, We see; therefore your sin remaineth. John 9:39-41 (KJV) When Jesus returns, I believe he will execute righteous anger on the world. 48 But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; 49 And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken; 50 The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of, 51 And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Matthew 24:48-51 (KJV) Christ comes for more reasons than to love and save. Believe, repent and reap good consequences in the Lord Jesus Christ as Saviour of the world.
  3. The sin offering in the Old Testament sanctuary service symbolized the Lamb of God. The study in this video reveals that in the amazing reality to which the sin offering pointed, believers are to eat the Lamb of God. Much is said about the importance of Christ's blood releasing us from the guilt of our sins. In what ways does the concept of eating the Lamb of God clarify the purpose for Christ's shed blood?
  4. Sometimes a believer finds that they are not happy/content/satisfied within their heart. This didnt happen to them overnight, but rather it happened over time, gradually. One day they realized that they have not felt peace, or contentment, or hope,.......... in a while. So what happened. >>>> ??? Well, often its a very simple situation. Common..... And this is...... that you are a person of real faith, who really committed to Jesus at one point. You were all in. totally offered, totally submitted, devoted, sold out. And when you were this, when you were that person, this is the REAL YOU, this is your NEW IDENTITY "In Christ".. = you came to live within a born again place in God, a shelter and foundation in Christ, that removed you pretty much from the world. This is your "spiritual first love", and that is how it feels when you are in that place of submission and heart willingness. There was that time when all that mattered was Jesus. He was not just a name to you, or a distant figure on a cross, but He had become your wholeness, your inner completeness, your joy. But now, you dont find this to be who you are, anymore. You feel so different. So, its time that you go back to who you really are, who you are remade to be, by the Father thru Christ. So, simply, the problem is....once you have tasted the heavenly gift, the goodness of God, (born again) and have known this complete inner sense of wellness & of wholeness ......then if you slip away from this spiritual position, you will eventually really miss it. Understand....that once you are no longer living and walking in the light, then you are living in the dark, and when you are there you won't realize what has happened to you, until you DO realize it. See, spiritual darkness is a veil over your mind, and because it veils gradually, you really don't notice it as you enter into more and more of the dark. And when you are truly back in the dark, you start trying to fill your "Jesus void" with stuff...with activities, with TV, with everything that the eye can find to want to do. And when your inner diet becomes completely again all that the world has to offer you, you will eventually, if you are a true child of God, find yourself feeling empty, lifeless, unhappy..... Joyless. As all these feelings are the fruit of the inner man, when the inner man is feeding on the diet the dark world offers. Saint, the world offers you 3 feelings. Fleshy carnal fleeting happiness. A complete lack of satisfaction. And absolutely no contentment. Do you feel any of this, or all of this? Jesus is the opposite of all those, and what He imparts into you, is not only the remedy for those negative feelings, but a God created Joy and Wholeness and Wellness in your inner being that the world does not understand and can never provide. WE the born again are referred to as a "peculiar people", (in some NT versions) and that is how the world SEES us, because we do not live for the world, yet, we live in it. So, to the unbeliever, this is odd, this is not "normal" regarding their POV. So, if you are connecting with what im saying right now, then that is what has happened or is happening to you, IF....... you are the one who is hearing me right now. So, Saint..... to remedy this situation, to DEPART from this dark place that you are become inside yourself, you have to realize that you are not who you are in there....... and that is why you can't find the peace you want in your heart for a while now. The real peace you want is found and is kept when you are back to who you are, back to the place of endless wholeness and joy. Back to the loving arms and tender care of Jesus. Back to "first love". And you cannot ever again be satisfied or content with anything less. And when you try, you will always feel empty, and you will always feel wrong. Go home.... Jesus is the Light, and He leaves it on for you all the time. Its where you belong now and forever.

    The 4 Things

We understand that if someone is kidnapped, and this person belongs to an important, powerful, rich, person, then the kidnappers will want a ransom. (payment) A "ransom" is a buying back, of something, or of someone. When you became born again, when you were saved, God paid a ransom for you, and this is the Blood of Jesus. "you are not your own, you are BOUGHT with a PRICE"....>"You are Christ's and Christ is God's". The Blood of Jesus, is the full payment paid for your ransom, that has "blood bought" you back to God from your "lost" , "separated from God by sin", condition. When a preacher or teacher uses the term "blood bought", they are referring to the ransom that God paid, ....a literal payment which is the cost of-for your sin debt that you owed God, that is Hell and the Lake of Fire. So, the Blood of Jesus paid the PRICE for the eternal judgement due you, so that you would not be eternally damned, and eventually end up in Hell <> Lake of Fire after you died. All This is the eternal consequence of the payment that God accepted on your behalf when Christ was offering Himself FOR YOU, bearing your sin, and in fact "Christ became sin".....on the Cross. This Blood Atomentment Payment is eternally applied to you, as a free gift, the same instant that you from your heart, "called on the name of Jesus", and "received Christ as your Savior". (Justification by Faith) = Alone. In the present, after you are born again, there are 4 main things that you are ransomed from, based on the Blood of Christ being your accepted "payment due" to God for your LIFETIME of sinning and unbelief. 1. You are redeemed (ransomed from- delivered from) your Adamic Nature 2. You are redeemed (ransomed from-delivered from) Sin's power. 3. You are redeemed from (ransomed from-delivered from) The Curse of the Law. 4. You are redeemed (ransomed from-delivered from) The Devil. Now there are other things that are involved in your ransom that would be counted as part of your redemption : Becoming an Heir of God and a Joint Heir with Jesus......and also, health, prosperity, abundant life, prayer's answered, etc.

  7. Behold

    2nd Timothy 3:5

"having a form of godliness" So. what is this? What is this AS compared to being saved - born again? Its very simple.... a "form of godliness" is religion. All Religion. All Religion is a "form" of Godliness that isn't actually true Godliness. And what is the difference between Religion and Christianity? Well, Religion is man's self effort to touch God or become God. Whereas Christianity is God coming to Man, as a divine Man, to take man back home. Religion is man's self righteous effort to get in touch with God, and Christianity is God on a Cross touching humanity with the Blood of Jesus, the Righteousness of God, and the Love of God.. Its, "self righteousness", which is Religion. Look at that phrase..."self righteousness"......"self".."right'.......trying to make "self" "right" with God.......by SELF. (Legalism) By works, by lifestyle, by commandment keeping, and worrying about keeping the law to TRY to make "self" = "righteous". See it? All Religion is an effort to ither become Divine, or to join Divinity, by SELF RIGHTEOUS EFFORT... = trying to make "self" "right"......= Self-Righteousness. = Religion. And THAT.......all that is Religion, and it is what 2nd Timothy is defining as "a FORM of Godliness", that "denies the Power of God". So, what is the Power of God that imparts Godliness? It IS the only and sole means and method that causes you to become born again. This is being SAVED.... This is...God giving you HIS very Righteousness, which is the defining idea you are to comprehend so that you perfectly understand WHAT the Power of God is, exactly and in Truth. The power of God, is the ability of God to recreate you as a "new creation" "in Christ". So, this, once applied to you, is not a "form of Godliness", ... Its not self righteous effort .....Its not Religion, and its not something that you can do for yourself. Its something that God did for you on a Cross and then offers this Power, this Redemption, this BLOOD ATONEMENT, as a "free Gift", and when you by Faith trust in Christ, God then delivers the literal Power of God thru Christ that recreates you as born again and a "new Creation in Christ". To simplify...... "A form of Godliness" is Religion..... is Legalism....is trusting in SELF, instead of trusting totally in CHRIST to save you and keep you saved. Listen....if you are not trusting in Christ Alone to keep you saved, then you are not really trusting in Christ. Thats a fact. Real Godliness is Redemption. Real Godliness is God making you righteous and keeping you righteous, = through the Blood of Jesus. "A form of Godliness" is a person trying to be good enough, live holy enough, or reach high enough by self righteousness, as THEIR RELIGIOUS EFFORT to become one with God, and in doing this they are "denying the real power of God" which is......The Cross and God as Christ on it as total eternal Redemption offered as a free GIFT...= "the GIFT of Righteousness". . = (Grace).

  9. Hello to everyone! My name is Alicia. I've been a Christian since I was seven years old. I love the Lord and I'm looking forward to getting to know His people here. God bless!
  10. I was picking up sticks at my grandparents' yard when I accidentally muttered that Jesus was dead. I know that Jesus is alive and I accepted Him into my heart on July 28. I already asked God and Jesus to forgive me. Am I still doomed?

    Hi all

Hi all let our Lord Jesus belss us all...
  12. We as Christian's need to be aware that these are the end times. As the sins in our world increases we are slowly getting eaten away. We need to make a stand and with patience wait on God. We need to be the light of the world. We can't if we are consistently getting in and out of this world. We are called separately,so we must live separate life!
  13. Hello to everyone! My name is Alicia. I've been a Christian since I was seven years old. I love the Lord and I'm looking forward to getting to know His people here. God bless!
  14. Hello to everyone! My name is Alicia. I've been a Christian since I was seven years old. I love the Lord and I'm looking forward to getting to know His people here. God bless!
  15. With all the talk about OSAS and Legalism and Repenting and all this STUFF......... I thought it would be a good idea to show you an idea of how to think about salvation so that its really made to be understood ....as so very simple. Here we go.. Adam had the righteousness of God. He was made this way....(let us make man in our image....same as us, regarding spirituality)........Adam had God's Spirit in him. He was "righteous"......exactly like God. When he disobeyed, ate the apple...... He lost his Righteousness...and he spiritually died. ..He was no longer ONE with God, and had became "fallen"....or you could think of it as..,,,,, disconnected from God's Spirit and LIFE. Salvation is God reconnecting you to him, exactly as Adam was connected to God, before He fell. So, What had to happen so that WE who have this "adamic nature", this unrighteousness as our very spiritual SELVES........... what had to happen so that we could AGAIN be like the 1st Adam,= "sinless", "righteous? What had to happen, so that we could be reestablished as the same RIGHTEOUS, as the original Adam? Well, Jesus, the 2nd Adam, had to come and die, and give us HIS Righteousness, so that we are reestablished like Adam was spiritually..... before Adam the 1st lost his righteousness. See it? So, Salvation, is God reestablishing us, as the same RIGHTEOUSNESS, as Adam had before he fell. Its the same "one with God" in Spirit, that is our "born again" redemption. This is the effect of being BORN AGAIN......we are SPIRITUALLY remade the same as the 1st Adam before he fell, because the 2nd Adam, (Jesus), took our sin and died for it all, and gave us in place of our sin, ..his very righteousness. "the gift of Righteousness". So, this recreates us...(born again) to be the same as Adam was, SPIRITUALLY, BEFORE HE FELL. This is what Salvation does for us. This is BORN AGAIN.< blessings, <B><

  17. With what sort of love? Omegaman 3.0 6/5/2019 I recently posted in a thread at Worthy Christian Forums, where there seemed to be some disagreement about the nature of the kind of love that Christians are supposed to have. There also seemed to be some disagreement and even questions about whether or not some to the Bible’s statements contradict each other on this topic. I felt compelled to chime in. Not to toot my own horn, but as I developed my reply, I thought some of my comments were worth making a note of here, since they represent my thoughts (which is what a blog is, after all) and some of them arose out of my analysis of what people were disputing, so here it goes: I do not have two cents, but I have a nickel: I certainly see no contradiction between what Jesus said, and what John said, but I will offer my thoughts or opinions, as a sort of unsolicited, under-qualified commentary: First observation: 34 But when the Pharisees heard that he had silenced the Sadducees, they gathered together. 35 And one of them, a lawyer, asked him a question to test him. 36 “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?” 37 And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. 38 This is the great and first commandment. 39And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. 40 On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets.” My comment on that passage is that Jesus said that loving others is a commandment, and He is referring to the Law, so THAT is not new! What was the standard? Love others as you love yourself. Second observation: 34 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. 35 By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” John 13 My comment on this one is that Jesus said it is new. If He said it is new, then it IS new. What is new about it? Jesus upped the standard. The standard here is not love each other as you love yourself, but love each other has Jesus Himself loved them. How was that? Self-sacrificially, Jesus DIED for them, that is real love. John tells us that when he reports that Jesus also said: Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends. John 15:13 So, the NEW commandment you will note, is not to the general public, it was to His disciples. John also noted that Jesus gave his disciples a purpose, the positive side effect: "By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” John 13:25 So, the new command so far is that disciples are to love other disciples, with the same sort of love, the greatest love, self-sacrificial love, as Jesus demonstrated on the cross, not that we must die, but that is the supreme example of that kind of love. Tradition has it, that all the apostles except Judas and John, died as martyrs, and John was willing. They tried to boil him in oil, it just did not work, so he was banished to Patmos, where he penned the book of Revelation. As a side note, when Peter was told he was to be crucified, Peter asked Jesus about John - well, what about him (John)? Jesus basic answer was, that is none of your business Peter! From what we think we know, John died of "natural" causes, in his old age. So, for the most part, the disciples lived out their mission the obey the commandment, the loved us, all disciples enough to die in their efforts to see that we got Jesus message. At this juncture, I would like to point out something else, from Matthew 28: 18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey all that I have commanded you. So, Jesus disciples were told to make other disciples. If you are a believer, you are one of the disciples of disciples of disciples, etc. The disciples were to teach others to obey Jesus. If you are a TRUE disciple, you will seek to, want to, obey Jesus. After all, that is what a disciple is, one who follows their teacher. Our ultimate Teacher then, is Jesus. What is it then, that we are taught to obey then? Among other things: Make more disciples and teach them to obey Jesus, and that includes loving other believers with the unique love that Jesus lavished upon them. So, for the most part, the disciples lived out their mission they obeyed the commandment, the loved us, all disciples enough to die in their efforts to see that we got Jesus message. They practices what they preached, and the preached what Jesus told them to. So many of the quotes I supplied ARE from John, how then is that a contradiction? John knew that there was an Old Testament command, to love others as ourselves. He also was quick to point out that those in the Jesus' church, were to go beyond that sort of love, the easy love that even pagans so. Toward each other, they were to with a supernatural love that is not given to everyone, but believers are given that ability, and are told to exercise it. Love is an aspect of the fruit of the Spirit, the Paul describes in Gal 5:22 and Eph 5:19. (Those are links, by the way) Paul also describes love in 1 Cor 13: 4 Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant 5 or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; 6 it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. 7 Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. 8 Love never ends. With all of this great information in the Bible (not in my post), the real question is: HOW WELL DO WE ALL MEASURE UP? I also ask, that you consider praying about this in your own lives, that you pray for others also, and not the least, for me also, as we all need it at times. Go forth and love, to the Glory of God!
  18. Gospel : Paul teaching = "preaching of the Cross". "we preach Christ Crucified"..."Jesus sent me not to baptize but to preach the Gospel".."faith comes by hearing this"..... So, all that, if believed by an unbeliever resolves an eternal issue...... What is the issue? What is God's purpose for coming to earth to die as Jesus The Christ on a Cross? What is He doing?...What is He alone solving, that all our 10 commandment keeping and holy lifestyle can never solve, which is WHY HE had to solve it? ? And right here is what is so often misunderstood, or not taught correctly, and this is why so many people who mean well, and love Jesus, or would like to love him, do not understand <>WHAT IS<> the actual reason that God came here to die. So what is that reason? The reason, is that keeping the law, the 10 commandments, and doing good works, confessing sin, and living as holy as we can, could not make us acceptable to God.. And here is the "catch 22".... It also can't AFTER you are saved. And right here is where "Legalism vs Grace" becomes the touchstone of constant fighting on forums, and everywhere else that it can show up where believers WILL clash. (Apparently this clash became such a long standing fight and fury on this forum that members here are barred from posting- fighting about it.) It is a fact and statement of the CROSS that the law and the 10 Commandments can't make you righteous, they can only show you that you are unrighteous., as that is the actual purpose of the Law, as well as outlining what God expects regarding our basic moral conduct & behavior, once we are born again. So, how can it be that half the body of Christ is trying to keep all this, all these works, and they believe that this is "keeping them saved". Whereas the other half of the body of Christ is trusting in Jesus to keep them saved. So, do you see the line in the sand? Its this " What is keeping you SAVED"....that is the minefield of theological confusion. THATS the fight. Legalism vs Grace. Its happening on every forum like this one, and its the reason for 5000 denominations that don't agree, and 300 bibles that don't agree. This issue started with Paul and his preaching of "justification by Faith" >alone, and he wrote the letter to the Galatians that talks about it, and explains it. 2000 yrs later, this issue of Legalism vs Grace is still a fist fight between those who say they are "Christians". Isn't it interesting to realize that if the 10 commandments, or lawkeeping, or living holy, could save you or keep you saved, if that were the truth, then Jesus could have stayed in Heaven and saved Himself some PAIN..... But ita not the case. Now im not certain what you have been taught, but i teach that you "present your body a living sacrifice" and you to "live holy as God is holy", not to save yourself or keep yourself saved, but because this is what you should do, and what God expects, .. because you ARE saved. The Legalist would argue that .."no, you do it to stay saved", and if you don't then you're not. I wonder, reader, what you believe. So, leaving all that now, lets just look at the problem that God had to come here and solve for us, as to look at this, is to understand the reason for Salvation which is to understand Salvation. Our problem we had, before we were saved, is only one thing, one issue only. And God Himself had to solve it, because we can't. We are born, and we get older, and we don't have any righteousness. None. And so, God can't accept us, because we are UNRIGHTEOUS. This is "lost", "unsaved"....hellbound = we don't have any RIGHTEOUSNESS< as all of ours, are "filthy rags". So, in steps SALVATION... Down from Heaven God as The Christ arrives... The Cross has been raised.... As God bleeding out on the "tree" has come down from Heaven to give us HIS righteousness so that He can accept us, based on THAT.......and for no other reason will He accept you, or me. God, literally became a man, and died on a Cross, to GIVE US "the righteousness of Christ". (God's very own righteousness). And that is what salvation actually is....Its God coming to earth to give us His righteousness so that HE can accept us, as by giving us His very righteousness, this makes us acceptable to God. Welcome to Salvation. Salvation is only.... "what makes you acceptable to God"....and that is one thing, its GOD'S Righteousness, becoming ours. A born again person, has literally BECOME "the righteousness of Christ", and Christ is GOD. To say that God's Grace is amazing, is really the least of what it is... How can you describe the wonder of God, dying to give you His righteousness in place of your unrighteousness, as a free Gift? Is there a word that can even claim to honor this spiritual transaction enough? Just one. LOVE. Agape` Love. God is LOVE blessings, <B><
  19. I wanted to show you something, that might be a huge revelation to someone with a sincere heart, who has not realized an unfortunate fact regarding their own personal (Christian) belief system. Lets do the math. It works out like this...... What is your personal Savior ???? Let me show you a few worldwide favorites that wont work out, in the end.. ---------------------------- A person says......"we believe that salvation is the Cross, but that you can "fall away" and be lost. A.) The savior is always what YOU BELIEVE KEEPS YOU SAVED. So, in this case, the Savior to this person has become...>"not falling away". So, where did the Cross go? or, A person says.....>"he who endures to the end, the same shall be saved". A.) for this person, their Savior is "ENDURING to the end". So, where did the Cross go? or, A person says.....> "As long as you hold unto your FAITH, you are still saved". A.) for this person, holding unto their faith is their personal Savior. So, where did the Cross go? or, A person says....> "As long as i KEEP ON working out my salvation with fear and trembling, i stay saved. A.) this person is trusting in their lifestyle as their personal Savior. So, where did the Cross go? or, A person says...."As long as i dont apostatize or backslide, i stay saved. A.) This person is trusting in keeping themselves from apostatizing or backsliding as their personal Savior. So, where did the Cross go? Now see how that works? In all 5 cases the MATH seems good, but the end result is DEVOUT LEGALISM. This is Christ rejection pretending its the Faith that God accepts. Paul wrote the letter to the Galatians to expose it. The end result : is that all these types have "fallen from Grace". The end result : is that all these people have replaced the CROSS with what they are to DO, as their particular heretical method to try keep themselves saved.
  20. When Calvin wasn't trying to get more people burned at the Stake, he also created theologically backwards ideas like : YOU have no choice about your Salvation....God chose you, and that settles that. So, lets look at this one point of his 5 point "salvation theory" system.... and then compare it to the Grace of GOD, which is OSAS. Now, to believe this, you have to pretend that Free Will, is not in fact, real. And here is the thing.... God is JUST....which means, regarding heaven and hell, and people going there....He would not be JUST, if He denied you the freewill to end up in >either place<. Heaven is a choice. Hell is a choice.. A person, who is breathing, while still an unbeliever.. makes the choice to trust Christ or reject Christ, (Hebrews Ch 4 and 10, Unsaved Hebrews) and GOD accepts their choice now and in eternity, and they get to experience the fruit of their choice, just as soon as they DIE. A Person who ends up in Hell, chose to go there. A person who ends up in Heaven, chose to go there. Jesus is THE WAY.... John 14:6 And if you receive Him as the WAY, you go to heaven, and if you reject Him as the ONLY Way, you go to Hell, and then later, the Lake of Fire. And this is not a myth. Its a FACT and this is a situation that every person reading this and everyone in the entire world, living-breathing... or yet to be born, is going to have to face, unless they die as a baby or a very very young child. Think of it like this. Lets say, as some heretics teach, that God decides you are one of the unlucky ones who is born to go to hell. That God chose you, to go to hell. How can that be JUST ? How could that be right? How could it possibly be that...."God is Love", if He is choosing some for the lake fo fire, just because they were born, and they have no part in the decision. That's the theology of judging God as evil, and its theological insanity to do it, and to teach it... but it is taught and it is believed. There are actually people on this Forum, and on all Christian Forums, that have been taught that some people are born to go to hell, and that God chooses them to go. I know the scriptures they twist to try to prove this Satanic theology, and i won't be quoting them here. No worries. So that theology is demonic, but, what is worse is that this doctrine is absolutely creating the Idea of God, as way beyond the evil of Hitler...... and in fact, its painting God as black as the Devil's heart, but worse, Because, its people pretending they are CHRISTIANS who are vilifying God this way. So, a JUST God, would never behave like this, and in fact....... Father God is a completely Just God. GOD, the Father of Jesus, is so Just, that He allowed the killing of a Sinless Son, to allow for the recreation of the SINNER, into the SINLESS. This is how salvation actually works. God takes the sinlessness of Christ and exchanges it for our Sin, and we end up as righteous as Christ, and Jesus ends up as "became sin" on the Cross and DIES FOR OUR SIN. Reader, the Cross is a SWAP.....Its where God's righteous Son gives us His Righteousness, and He takes all our sin....our entire lifetime of it, and dies for it ALL. = Salvation. = OSAS. And being saved, works exactly the same...regarding God's Justice.. God does not choose some for Heaven, as that is actually the same as choosing some for hell. Its the same thing. That is not how "freewill", "justification by faith", and "Christ in you the hope of Glory". works. God is not going to tell you....in John 3:16 that he'll accept "whosoever", and in another verse. "ALL that believe on Jesus, shall be saved", or "as MANY as will believe"...... God is not going to offer Salvation to any and all, worldwide and universe deep, then choose some for Hell. Yet, there are preachers that preach this message, and their Church is full of people that shout "AMEN" when he speaks about God choosing some for the Lake of Fire. And some of these people, are on this Forum. Salvation is a Free gift. We dont earn it, and God does not force it on anyone, nor does He take it away after we are born again. A born again person, is IN CHRIST....and Christ "in you = hope of HEAVEN, (glory)"". So, when you are dead, you will end up wherever Christ is, and that wont be Hell or the Lake of Fire. The Born again are in Him and He is IN Us, """SEALED unto the day of redemption""", and so, we have to end up where Jesus ends up, as we are IN HIM......IN HIM.....IN HIM. We go where He goes, where He IS, after we die, or are Raptured. Final Answer, is...Salvation is not a temporary situation. This is why The one who SAVES, and KEEPS YOU SAVED, said from the Cross that .. Philippians 1:6. "IT (Salvation) is FINISHED". We dont finish it., we dont keep ourselves saved. Christ said "it is FINISHED"""< and when we are saved, born again, our salvation is FINISHED. Philippians 1:6 OSAS. So, once again, remember that OSAS, only means that Salvation is God saving you, through Faith, when you believe on Christ, and then you become born again, and this can never cease to be your ETERNAL reality, because God Himself has saved you with the Blood of Jesus, and this HOLY Blood's power to redeem, redeems you for all eternity. "IT IS FINISHED". = SALVATION. The Blood that was shed on the Cross is GOD's BLOOD, and that is why it has the Power to keep you saved, and not just start your salvation. That is OSAS. ITs that simple. And no one who simply believes and accepts by FAITH the finished work of JESUS ON the Cross, who would explain it as OSAS...... has ever taught or will ever teach, that because we are always kept saved by God's grace, (BLOOD OF JESUS).. then we can then sin all we like and enjoy it. And you hear this on Forums like this one....These liars lying about OSAS, using the term "license to sin".... Its a lie, (reader).... Reader.....don't believe it. You've noticed that in the last 10 days, i've just basically written a BOOK about Legalism and Legalist here on this Forum, within many Threads, and never have I or would i ever say or teach that ... because the Blood of Jesus saved you and keeps you saved...that you can go out and live in sin and enjoy it. Not quite. Paul said if you do this, and you won't stop, you will die. Romans 8:13 So that is the end result of living in sin, after you are saved. It'll finally cost you your earthly life, but before it does, it'll destroy your life, first. You'll lose everything except your Salvation, if you live in sin, after you are born again. You'll lose your witness, your money, your family, your friends, finally your health, and then you'll die. THATS the result of "living in sin" as a born again believer in Yeshua. But no... it won't cost you your Salvation, as you don't control that part. That part is controlled by the one who " FINISHED IT"< on the Cross, and has created a believer as born again. Born again, this status of a "New creation in Christ", a born again SPIRIT< living inside the corrupt body, is an eternal situation. Hyper-Religious - Self Righteous- Legalists...... flip out when they are told this, because they believe in themselves to stay saved by works...., and so, that is why they can't allow God the Savior to keep them saved if they are..... "bad". But that is exactly what He has already done. He has already taken your LIFETIME OF BAD, and sent Jesus to the Cross to pay for it all so that YOU don't have to pay for it, in ETERNITY. = Salvation. = Grace. = OSAS What actually happens to a Legalist, who is saved .... who USE TO BE a Legalist, but has seen the Light of the Cross and now trusts in Christ alone to keep them saved......This person is freed from the impossible burden of trying to keep themselves saved, and they find that this frees them to actually live a more holy life then they were trying to live as a legalist. As now they are committing to their "be holy as God is holy" lifestyle that God EXPECTS, = = EMPOWERED by God's GRACE, instead of by their FLESH. Flesh fails, Grace doesn't. A Legalist, who has come to see the Light of Grace in the Face of Jesus, = the finished blood atonement, finds that living for the Lord becomes empowered by Grace, which allows you more self control then they ever had when they were trying to work to stay saved, and were always failing and confessing, failing and confessing............ always feeling condemned, always feeling guilty.........>. Grace, OSAS,..... once you come to realize this truth that God who saved you, will KEEP YOU SAVED, HIMSELF. Philippians 1:6. .....then (Grace understood) will empower you to live the Holy Life. That's the effect of the Grace of God, as its the Power of Christ's Blood having this empowering effect on you, simply because you understand it properly. Understand....."revelation" "seeing the Light" is not just comprehension of theological data, but it is in fact, LIFE POWER from GOD which empowers you to be what God wants you to be. "God's Grace" OSAS.
  21. "Study to show thyself approved unto GOD", is the way God teaches you to "rightly divide the word of God". So, here we go. Lets do a bible study that "compares scripture with scripture". ----- Let tart with Ephesians 2:15 that teaches that the Law is Abolished by Christ//Cross. Then you can follow up with Colossians 2:14 which explains it again. Next, go to 2nd Corinthians 3:7 2nd Corinthians 3:11 and you'll read where the "stone" commandments, the law, are now described as ministers of "death", that they administer DEATH, (not life) and the "stone" commandments are obviously the 10 Commandments. So, you have all of this "abolished" on the Cross, in the FLESH of Jesus, as stated in the New Testament. Then, you have the verse that tells you that you are "no longer UNDER the Law" Romans 6:14. And also we are shown in Romans 3:21, that our Salvation - Redemption, (Righteousness) is APART from the Law, and not connected to the Law. Be sure to understand this phase....."our righteousness is APART from the LAW". This is because our righteousness is.. "we are MADE the righteousness of God > thru CHRIST". Be sure to realize clearly the word "MADE", in this verse... 2 Corinthians 5:21 Now, All this is simply teaching us, that before we were born again, we were being Judged by the law, but now we are not, because Jesus has abolished all this by His Blood and by His Cross. We are now "under Grace", and this means the law has no more power to judge us as sinners, because the Blood of Jesus has taken its place and this is explained in Romans 10:4, where you are shown that "Christ is the end of the LAW.........> for righteousness." Now did you get that part that says....."Christ is the end of the Law"? And who is Christ?......Isn't He God? So, when you want to be righteous, you have to deal only with the one who is THE END of the Law......and that is God, who is Christ. And here is the 2nd part of this understanding of How Christ as God has removed the Law - commandments, from us .. Romans 8:2......Which says that Jesus has established another and final law for righteousness, that makes you free from the law of commandments......which are described as DEATH. 2 Corinthians 3:7 and are not gone. 2 Corinthians 3:11 This new law that a born again believer exists WITHIN, "in Christ", is explained by the verse, Romans 8:2like this.. > through Christ Jesus, the law of the Spirit who gives life,....= has set you free from the law of sin and death. (commandments and Law). The law of sin and death is the Commandments-Law that no longer have the power to judge you and condemn you as UNHOLY, before God, IF you are born again. If you are not, then the law is still in effect, judging you as Lost - Unsaved, Damned, currently. John 3:36 Understand that The law (10 commandments) itself has no ability to do anything, but show you your sin and your sinfulness........as it can only JUDGE YOU as guilty before God, till Christ redeems you from the "curse of the Law"... Galatians 3:13 That is why it was created by God. To (judge us) = reveal our sinfulness, in comparison with God's Holiness. And its because of the Law, (commandments) that we understand that we are not Holy, and from this understanding the scripture tells us that what the Law is doing for us, is "become our schoolmaster that LEADS us or shows us our NEED to be saved... Galatians 3:24 ""Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith." So, as you can READ, the law-commandments is not given to save you, its given to show you YOUR NEED to be saved by the SAVIOR, Christ Jesus. Understand? And the reason this verse says..."WAS our schoolmaster" is because its no longer in effect, to judge us, as we are "not under the law, but UNDER GRACE". The Law, is designed to prove our "fallen state"...and did...and that we need to correct this, Galatians 3:24 and that is Why God as Jesus The Christ came.....He came to correct our "lost condition" that is REVEALED to us by the LAW Galatians 3:24 that shows us what we are, AS COMPARED, to God's Holiness. Understand? Listen....its the law - 10 commandments -= that show you your lost condition, your fallen condition, your unholy condition. > Its PURPOSE. That is why God gave it to you. The Law-10 commandments is a reflection of God's holiness, that reveals to you your unholiness, and does this not to save you, but to LEAD you to the SAVIOR.........leads you to God's Grace, which is God on a Cross paying for your sin, so that He can Accept you if you BELIEVE...... And to be accepted by God, through the Cross, is SALVATION, is the GRACE OF GOD......is the Blood Atonement, is REDEMPTION. Galatians 3:24 shows you where you need to go to get SAVED. Now, were the confusion often comes in , = regarding the Law-commandments and how Legalists misuse it against Grace..... > A legalist believes that by keeping the law, (commandments) they are keeping themselves saved. They do not understand the purpose of the Law and Commandments...... Galatians 3:24. nor do they accept it, when they are told. So for the legalist, keeping the Law and Commandments, has become THE WAY they believe they maintain God's acceptance-approval of them. Paul, in Galatians says, that they are "in the flesh", and have "fallen from Grace". The idea of a born again person being "in the flesh", as it's explained in Galatians, is that they do not believe or Trust that Jesus keeps them saved, so they have "gone back", ... they have left their In Christ alone Faith, and are now trusting in themselves to stay saved, by keeping commandments and worrying about the LAW. Understand that Trusting in commandment keeping - law keeping... to be accepted by God, is rejecting (Grace) ... God's ONLY method for you to be accepted by Him. God's acceptance of a person is only through the CROSS... is "Grace"... but the Legalist has gone away from this, (fallen from it),(fallen from Grace) and they are now trusting in the self effort of commandment-law keeping.....as their way they believe that God will accept them, if they continue doing it, and this is why they only talk about the law and commandments on forums like this one. They can't talk about Grace, because they are "fallen from Grace". Understand? Paul teaches that this reverting back to trusting in laws and commandments instead of ONLY trusting in Christ to save you and keep you saved....(Grace) is to be "in the flesh". Now this verse is key......Galatians 3:3....>Paul is asking a Legalist....."are you so foolish that after you have been redeemed by Christ's Blood alone, (Grace) that you now turn from this and go back and trust the Law AND KEEPING THE 10 COMMANDMENTS to keep you saved"? (Fallen from Grace) See it? Most Legalist can't, and dont care to look, actually. Also... A born again person, OSAS... recognizes the 10 commandments and many other similar bible "don't do's", that we obey everyday, because we understand these are our boundaries, regarding our behavior., and when the bible tells us to "be holy as God is holy", then we understand that the Holiness of God, is shown as the 10 commandments, etc. So, living our lives within these boundaries, is wisdom, is protection. But what its not, (Keeping the 10 commandments and The Law) is NOT our Salvation or our Redemption. We understand Galatians 3:24 We OSAS, understand that we are "no longer under the law but are under GRACE", Romans 6:14 which means that for the born again, the 10 commandments and the Law are only our HOLY guidelines that we are to realize that God provided...= as our (Christian Discipleship) lifestyle - behavioral boundaries... = They are not able to redeem us, but they protect us from the consequences of living outside them. So, we don't. Finally... So, what is the difference in interpretation between someone who understands Grace, OSAS.... and someone who does not understand it, or has fallen from it, the Legalist, when both think about and recognize the Law and the 10 Commandments. ?>?? Well, the OSAS, understands that we are to realize and obey the 10 commandments ONLY as our behavioral boundaries... our Lifestyle boundary.......and to live outside them, to break them by our behavior, is to harm our lives and this also displease God. But, we understand that these same 10 commandments and other Laws, have no power to redeem us, or make us right with God, or keep us saved. OSAS, understands and BELIEVES that = Only the shed Blood of God as Jesus on the Cross has the power to save, to keep you saved, and to cleanse you from all your sin, continually. This is Redemption, and the Law and the 10 Commandments, can't ever do this.....not ever. The Legalist, on the other hand, keeps the law and 10 commandments, for all of those same LIFESTYLE reasons, but they also trust these laws and commandments as their way to be SAVED and to Stay saved, instead of ONLY trusting in Christ alone for Redemption. Understand that if you don't also trust Christ and Christ alone to keep you saved, then you are not trusting in Christ, at all.
