  4. Blessings Everyone.... In speaking with many who come from different denominations there are many questions New Believers or "Seekers" have and many of us suggest they begin in the Book of John, commonly referred to as the Love Letter.....I came across a pretty thorough and nicely written commentary that I thought might be a nice way to kick off a Bible Study of the Book of John.... Typically I'm happy to initiate and facilitate a Study but I always try to Encourage others to join in that our Babes may hear the witness of 2,3 and more - that they may Receive what we have in Christ Jesus- it begins with that Measure of Faith to the Glory of God Almighty It's a long read but imo, well done ...let us begin with John Chapter 1-Enjoy and be Bountifully Blessed! https://enduringword.com/bible-commentary/john-1/ With love in Christ, Kwik
  5. Are we living in a society that presumes all things are inclusive for one another? All inclusive meaning, "if you are not educated about the facts, some imbecile is going to try and provoke you, then steal your position as they are very likely coveting you. They can only break in and steal the house with someone uneducated by the law. The commandments of the "sermon on the mount?" Can our society continue to divorce each other and not commit trespasses while remarrying? Test the Spirits, these are the laws of the prophets. 1 Corinthians 14:32. Revelation 1:4 John to the seven churches that are in Asia: Grace to you and peace from him who is and who was and who is to come, and from the seven spirits who are before his throne,

  7. And why did he drink the sour wine vinegar before his death on the cross? This part of the gospels has been confusing me lately and I have been struggling to understand what he meant Matthew 26:29- 29 But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father's kingdom. Mark 14:25- 25 Verily I say unto you, I will drink no more of the fruit of the vine, until that day that I drink it new in the kingdom of God. Luke 22:18- 18 For I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God shall come.
  8. Parables weren’t a new way of teaching it was used by Nathan in the Old Testament, but no one used them other than Jesus in the New Testament Understanding why and how this ‘secret code’ for believers was used is explained in this lecture. It says “ for beginners” but even veterans can find this useful in unpacking the Parables for beginners and vets I hope you enjoy this lecture SHALOM❤️

Wherever you find yourself watching this, I hope & pray that you experience the power of the Name of Jesus in your own heart, life and circumstance. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3fetuHjfsro&t=3s I filmed this during a time of fear, sickness and despair. because I know many are fearful and unsure of what the future holds. This was filmed in my kitchen during the Nationwide lock-down in India. I tried my best to share my own experience with a sincere hope that you like it and learn something from it.
  10. Eleven Old Testament Prophets teach that Jesus Christ is Jehovah God on 16 Occasions 1. Moses: The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob Who appeared to Moses at the burning bush revealed His Name as ‘I AM’ (Exodus 3:14,15). Jesus revealed that He was the true God by stating that ‘Before Abraham was, I AM’, and ‘If ye believe not that I am, ye shall die in your sins.’ (John 8:58,24). 2. David: God told David that David’s son would be David’s God. ‘The LORD (Jehovah) said unto my Lord (Adonai), Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.’ (Psalm 110:1). Jesus applied this to Himself in Matthew 22:41-45 as a question: ‘If David then call him Lord, how is he his son?’ This shows that Jesus Christ would be both a man descended from David and David’s God. 3. Solomon: God has a son. ‘What is his name, and what is his son’s name?’ (Proverbs 30:4). 4. Isaiah: a) The Mighty God would be both man and God the Son. ‘For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: ..And his name shall be called …the Mighty God…’ (Isaiah 9:6). b) God the Son who created the heavens and the earth, would be sent to earth by Jehovah the Father and by God the Holy Spirit to save man. (Isaiah 48:12,13,16). c) Isaiah saw the King, Jehovah of hosts on the throne in heaven, who asked Isaiah ‘who will go for us?’ (Isaiah 6:1-8,5). (‘us’=trinity). In John 12:37-41, John said of Jesus, ‘These things said Esaias when he saw his (Jesus) glory, and spake of him (Jesus).’ Jesus was the King, Jehovah of hosts that Isaiah saw. 5. Jeremiah: ‘Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch (Jesus’ humanity), and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth. In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD (Jehovah) OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS (Jesus’ Deity).’ (Jeremiah 23:5,6). 6. Ezekiel: Ezekiel prophesied that the east gate of Jerusalem will be shut, as it is today, ‘because the LORD (Jehovah), the God of Israel, has entered in by it, therefore it shall be shut.’ (Ezekiel 44:1,2). Question: When did Jehovah, the God of Israel enter the east gate of Jerusalem? It was when Jesus Christ entered it on Palm Sunday before His crucifixion in Luke 19:28-48. He rode a donkey from the Mount of Olives through the east gate into the temple situated just behind it. This proves that Jesus is God. 7. Daniel: a) When King Nebuchadnezzar threw the 3 Hebrew men into the furnace, he saw a fourth person walking in the furnace and protecting them, who was identified as the Son of God (Daniel 3:25). b) The Son of man (Christ) came to the Ancient of days (God the Father) to receive the kingdom (7:9-14). 8. Hosea: Jehovah will return to ‘my place’ (heaven), till the Jews admit their offence of killing Jesus. ‘Hear the word of the LORD (Jehovah) (4:1),.I will go and return to my place (heaven), till they (Jews) acknowledge their offence (of killing Jesus), and seek my face: in their affliction (7 year tribulation) they (Jews) will seek me early.’ Jehovah the Son came from heaven to be born of Mary as a man, he was rejected and crucified by the Jews. The resurrected Lord Jesus returned to heaven. Jesus will only return when the Jews acknowledge their offence of killing Jesus. This occurs after the 7 year tribulation. 9. Micah: Micah prophesied that the eternal second member of the trinity would be born as a human baby in Bethlehem in Micah 5:2, ‘But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he (Jesus Christ, God the Son) come forth unto me (God the Father) that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting’. 10. Zechariah: a) ‘Thus saith the LORD (Jehovah) my God; (v.4). If ye think good, give me my price; So they weighed for my price thirty pieces of silver (v.12)….I took the thirty pieces of silver, and cast them to the potter in the house of the LORD’ (Zechariah 11:4,12,13). These three prophecies were fulfilled in Judas betraying Jesus Christ in Matthew 26:14-16 and 27:3-10. b) When Jesus Christ returns to earth, He is identified as Jehovah God whom Israel pierced on the cross. ‘I (Jehovah) will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem,...they (Israel) shall look upon me (Jehovah) whom they have pierced’ (Zechariah 12:9-10). Jesus fulfilled this in John 19:37. c) When Jesus Christ returns to earth on the Mount of Olives, He is identified as Jehovah God (Zech 14). ‘Then shall the LORD (Jehovah) go forth and fight against those nations,…And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives (v.3-4)....the LORD (Jehovah) my God shall come, and all the saints with thee (v.5)….the LORD (Jehovah) shall be king over all the earth …’ (Zechariah 14:3,4,5,9). When Jesus ascended to heaven from the Mount of Olives, two angels told those witnesses present that ‘this same Jesus shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.’ (Acts 1:10-11). 11. Malachi: Malachi wrote of ‘the Lord (Adonai, God) whom you seek shall suddenly come to his temple (in Jerusalem).’ (Malachi 3:1). Jesus fulfilled this in John 2:13-21 at the start of His ministry.

  13. Hi. I’m so scared. About two weeks ago I started having cursing thoughts because I read verses about cursing in the Bible for example :- Genisis 9:25 he said, "Cursed be Canaan! The lowest of slaves will he be to his brothers." and 1 Corinthians 12:3 Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost. these verses triggered me and I then started having thoghts in my head saying “curse” and I started getting tempted to think them about people and then I started praying to Jesus and then started getting tempted to think them about Him. I don’t feel emotions for Jesus and I don’t feel like connection and stuff with Him and it triggered me to think stuff. my head has been doing it for like over a week and I’m scared incase because I tube it hardened my heart. I’m scared because anyone I look at or think another my head gets tempted to think it about them. And Jesus. i want my heart to be soft for Him. (I received Him 10/11months ago I’m sure) But prayed to the Father most of the time until a few months ago. im scared for my soul. ? I asked Jesus for help all week and I’m scared because last night I read this verse:- Ecclesiastes 10:20 Even in your thoughts, do not curse the king, nor in your bedroom curse the rich, for a bird of the air will carry your voice, or some winged creature tell the matter. im always in my bedroom - barley leave it. my thoghts have been cursing Jesus is king Christians are rich and my head thoghts cursing thoghts. I don’t know what to do. I’m terrified. I’m scared about my standing with God. I want to be saved. I want to be with God.? I don’t even know if He’s with me. I’m scared because of the cursing thoghts and because of the state of the heart and Jesus and the thoghts about Him. thanks for reading
  14. With what sort of love? Omegaman 3.0 6/5/2019 I recently posted in a thread at Worthy Christian Forums, where there seemed to be some disagreement about the nature of the kind of love that Christians are supposed to have. There also seemed to be some disagreement and even questions about whether or not some to the Bible’s statements contradict each other on this topic. I felt compelled to chime in. Not to toot my own horn, but as I developed my reply, I thought some of my comments were worth making a note of here, since they represent my thoughts (which is what a blog is, after all) and some of them arose out of my analysis of what people were disputing, so here it goes: I do not have two cents, but I have a nickel: I certainly see no contradiction between what Jesus said, and what John said, but I will offer my thoughts or opinions, as a sort of unsolicited, under-qualified commentary: First observation: 34 But when the Pharisees heard that he had silenced the Sadducees, they gathered together. 35 And one of them, a lawyer, asked him a question to test him. 36 “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?” 37 And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. 38 This is the great and first commandment. 39And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. 40 On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets.” My comment on that passage is that Jesus said that loving others is a commandment, and He is referring to the Law, so THAT is not new! What was the standard? Love others as you love yourself. Second observation: 34 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. 35 By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” John 13 My comment on this one is that Jesus said it is new. If He said it is new, then it IS new. What is new about it? Jesus upped the standard. The standard here is not love each other as you love yourself, but love each other has Jesus Himself loved them. How was that? Self-sacrificially, Jesus DIED for them, that is real love. John tells us that when he reports that Jesus also said: Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends. John 15:13 So, the NEW commandment you will note, is not to the general public, it was to His disciples. John also noted that Jesus gave his disciples a purpose, the positive side effect: "By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” John 13:25 So, the new command so far is that disciples are to love other disciples, with the same sort of love, the greatest love, self-sacrificial love, as Jesus demonstrated on the cross, not that we must die, but that is the supreme example of that kind of love. Tradition has it, that all the apostles except Judas and John, died as martyrs, and John was willing. They tried to boil him in oil, it just did not work, so he was banished to Patmos, where he penned the book of Revelation. As a side note, when Peter was told he was to be crucified, Peter asked Jesus about John - well, what about him (John)? Jesus basic answer was, that is none of your business Peter! From what we think we know, John died of "natural" causes, in his old age. So, for the most part, the disciples lived out their mission the obey the commandment, the loved us, all disciples enough to die in their efforts to see that we got Jesus message. At this juncture, I would like to point out something else, from Matthew 28: 18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey all that I have commanded you. So, Jesus disciples were told to make other disciples. If you are a believer, you are one of the disciples of disciples of disciples, etc. The disciples were to teach others to obey Jesus. If you are a TRUE disciple, you will seek to, want to, obey Jesus. After all, that is what a disciple is, one who follows their teacher. Our ultimate Teacher then, is Jesus. What is it then, that we are taught to obey then? Among other things: Make more disciples and teach them to obey Jesus, and that includes loving other believers with the unique love that Jesus lavished upon them. So, for the most part, the disciples lived out their mission they obeyed the commandment, the loved us, all disciples enough to die in their efforts to see that we got Jesus message. They practices what they preached, and the preached what Jesus told them to. So many of the quotes I supplied ARE from John, how then is that a contradiction? John knew that there was an Old Testament command, to love others as ourselves. He also was quick to point out that those in the Jesus' church, were to go beyond that sort of love, the easy love that even pagans so. Toward each other, they were to with a supernatural love that is not given to everyone, but believers are given that ability, and are told to exercise it. Love is an aspect of the fruit of the Spirit, the Paul describes in Gal 5:22 and Eph 5:19. (Those are links, by the way) Paul also describes love in 1 Cor 13: 4 Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant 5 or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; 6 it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. 7 Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. 8 Love never ends. With all of this great information in the Bible (not in my post), the real question is: HOW WELL DO WE ALL MEASURE UP? I also ask, that you consider praying about this in your own lives, that you pray for others also, and not the least, for me also, as we all need it at times. Go forth and love, to the Glory of God!
  15. I think I’ve been living in ungodliness and didn’t realise it. I don’t think I was living to honour God. This is the video I watched:- Because I think I was living to honour myself and not God I’m worried incase I used Gods grace as a lisence tk sin because I’ve complained a lot I’m scared incase Gods angry at me. The video I watched says that some Christians have their hearts surrendered to Jesus and they still struggle sometimes and then there’s their people who are ungodly and aren’t living to honour God but to themselves I’m scared so I am. I’ve complained in my head so much like every day and I spend all day on my phone and I didn’t think about living to honour God. I didn’t even think. The video said that some have the show of a Christian but it ungodly and fellowship with Christians. I fellowship with Christians online and I quote scriptures all the time and think about God. But I haven’t been living to honour Him. The video also said people twist the gospel to fit their own flesh. I have been angry in my head and complained in my head and lay in my bed all day. I haven’t really been acting the godliest and because of ocd thoghts always running through my head I find it hard to talk trying to tame my thoughts every second and sometimes I speak in a non gentle way and it looks really rude. I don’t think I’ve been serving God. Jesus scares me all the time so I find it hard to feel emotion and focus on Him. I go on my phone all day every day and stay in my bed all day and barley leave my room because idk what else to do. I have nowhere to go nothing to do. I have bad OCD intrusive thoughts so I haven’t prayed to God properly in like 2 weeks. I struggle with unwanted sinful thoughts. would Jesus even want me to pray to Him if I don’t feel emotion for Him. I don’t know how to surrender my heart to Hin and I don’t know how to deny myself or take up my cross and follow Him. I don’t know what Gods will is. I’m scared incase Gods angry at me. please help thank you for reading ?
  16. Hello Friends, sisters and Brothers! My name is Tomek, I am from Poland. A week ago I started a project on YouTube, it's called "Touch of Jesus" and its aim is to invite lost souls on YouTube to spend a few minutes meeting with Jesus. Every day there will be a 10-minute video (almost static graphic with silent music). A link to today's movie is provided at the end of this post. And a request to you: would you help me promote this channel? (subscribe/like/shere) I really want Jesus to be known and loved by every person in the world. (Sorry for my English, I'm just learning and I'm still making a lot of mistakes) God bless you!
  17. Matt 23:34 Therefore, indeed, I send you prophets, wise men, and scribes: some of them you will kill and crucify, and some of them you will scourge in your synagogues and persecute from city to city... have read this loads of times, and it just hit me. Jesus sends prophets! how much clearer can He express that He is God made flesh?
  18. Revelation 1:10 - "The Lord's Day". What is this scripturally? Rev 1:10 I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet, I have heard many things in regards this text and the phrase in question, yet most that I have heard, refer to writings that come hundreds of years later, and those with mere guessing, without referring back to the scripture itself. So, exclusive of material written after the fact by orders of many years, what does the scripture itself teach on this subject? Immediate Context: Rev 1:1 The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John: Rev 1:2 Who bare record of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw. Rev 1:3 Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand. Rev 1:4 John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne; Rev 1:5 And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, Rev 1:6 And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. Rev 1:7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen. Rev 1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty. Rev 1:9 I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ. Rev 1:10 I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet, Rev 1:11 Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea. Rev 1:12 And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks; Rev 1:13 And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle. Rev 1:14 His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire; Rev 1:15 And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters. Rev 1:16 And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength. Rev 1:17 And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last: Rev 1:18 I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death. Rev 1:19 Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter; Rev 1:20 The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches.
  19. John 17:3- And this is eternal life, that they know Thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom Thou hast sent.
  20. Hi I’ve been a Christian for over 7 months and the whole time I’ve had very strong emotions/ feeling of love and affection for God. Then like 2 weeks ago I went through a lot of stress and stuff and unwilful sin (bad blasphemous thoughts triggered by fear of unpardonable sin) I complained in my head a lot and even blamed God and got angry at him I think. I was like this for days. For over a week and maybe two, icr, I kept on complaining and thinking blaming thoughts about God and him not helping me and stuff ? I struggled with my relationship with God the whole time as a Christian. I’m not close to him and don’t really have a relationship with Jesus at all ? I feel like we don’t have long left here and it makes me worry for my family who need saved and .. It makes me feel scared condemned forced and pressured to pray to him all the time otherwise idk if I’ll ‘I’ll make it’ I’m scared of God and he scares me. It’s hard to pray when I don’t really feel anything (emotion towards him ) I also read that if you don’t love God you don’t get to be with him and that puts me under more pressure. I asked God for my feeling and emotion back the feelings of strong love for him. I care about the emotions I had (affection and adoration) Because I don’t feel them they get replaced with other emotions like anger fear numb .... I also found out God the father and Jesus and the Holy Spirit have different personalities. I get confused on who to pray to or focus on more. i struggled to feel affection for Jesus before but felt it for God the father and it concerned me. I feel distant and God almost feels like a stranger now ? I feel like we don’t have much time left and I feel like my relationship with God isn’t the best ? thanks for reading ?
  21. The Jehovah's Witnesses claim that Jesus is not the Alpha and Omega, yet the Bible says He is.. what are your views? Please watch my latest video on this subject... It is fundamental to know who The Lord Jesus of the Bible is... 22. Earlier today I was talking to someone and the topic of religion and Christianity was brought up and the person asked me how do we know God is real, what is the evidence of God being "God". I explained with scripture and the FC of Jesus and all that good stuff but I just wanted to hear everyone else's knowledge on this topic. So, according to scripture, how do we know God is real?
  23. Why does Jesus speak in Parables? What does parables mean? I am referring to Matthew 13, which Jesus speaks about different topics of what the Kingdom of Heaven is like. (There is more than just this chapter alone). Are there reasons why Jesus speaks this way?
  24. How do we have hope in heaven as believers in the world that we live in?
