  1. Good post Heb 10 32 But call to remembrance the former days, in which, after ye were illuminated, ye endured a great fight of afflictions; 1 Pet 5 10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you. John 1 12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
  2. There are verses that I can see there may have been a long period between each of the first few verses in Gen. but Gen 1:1 and 1:2 do not imo give a hint of a long period between verses.
  3. It takes a deep mind to see ice in Gen 1:2. Mine must be shallow I guess.
  4. yes I have heard of the deep darkness. However deep water or deep darkness does not imply that ice is deep imo
  5. All I said basically is I have different beliefs than you.
  6. None say anything about ice or a long time between V1 and V2.
  7. This does not mean it a deep jar of Ice it means it penetrates deep into tissue.
  8. 1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. 2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. Seems to me the underlined word, the first word in V2 is connecting the to verses together as if they are one sentence. The word And shows the connection and does not show a long period of time between V1 AND V2. The word AND show that from the beginning the Earth was without form AND void Not Became. the earth was created without form AND void it could not become something it was already created to be.
  9. I always heard water described as deep. I have never heard ice being described as deep. Seems there was no ice.
  10. This is part of the build back better program that biden started. He could have spent time looking into the wasted military money or the three letter agencies wasted money and even the worthless medicare fraud program that protects doctors from prosecution.
  11. In searching for the book and chapter of your quote many verses show up with Gaza in them but have not found those exact verses yet any help would be appreciated.
  12. You may be right. Would you agree Voldemort and Jesus should not be compared any where close to the same type?
  13. liked it glad kids are learning. I did not like the Voldemort comment about 1 Corin
  14. “For My people have committed two evils: they have forsaken Me, the fountain of living waters, It is my opinion this first part of the verse (forsaken Me) means they no longer are following God. The fountain of living waters is eternal life in God. Forsake God is to turn away from God quit following Him. and hewn themselves cisterns—broken cisterns that can hold no water.” this last part, hewn themselves cisterns--broken cisterns means by forsaking Gods teaching (turning away from) they no longer are worthy to hold the teaching of God within themselves. In new testament the human body is referred to as the temple of God, here in this verse the body is referred to as a cistern.
  15. It would be hard to choose one for me. Had you asked about 5 I would say Acts, John, Romans, Galatians, Ephesians for Faith.
  16. Pre trib rapure has already removed the body of Christ before Rev 6. The saints you see are clearly Israel, 12 thousand from each tribe equal 144,000. Ch6:15 are unsaved Gentiles. Then in chap 7 some of the unjust Gentiles that go through the Tribulation will believe in Christ and be saved before the end. I see none of the body of Christ in ch 6 or ch 7 they left before ch 6. See Ezk 36 24 For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land. 25 Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you. Verse 24 happened in 1948 Verse 25 is what Rev 7:4 speaks of 4 And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.
  17. The verse does not advise going to have eye removed medically. If one were to remove his on eye or foot or right hand they would bleed to death. The bible does not teach killing ones self that is why I say it is for the body of Christ. A member of the church can be removed from the body without harm to the body or the body dying. the body would actually thrive with bad members removed. So I suppose what you say could apply.
  18. You wont believe this but I have been thinking about this for months and could not come up with a in my mind that suited the colors. Just as I read your post a picture came to mind that will do just fine. I not to much concerned about the cost although I might have second thoughts if it were imo very high. I never asked but suspected you must do art for people, just a thought I had from your post am I wrong.
  19. It is my opinion, even though I have been told I am wrong, that Matt 5:29 means the same thing as Heb 12:15. As quoted above. 29 And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell. God never expected one to Pluck out one's own Eye under the old law and now verse 5:29 is after the old law, The beginning of the new law of New Covenant He would expect that of a NC believer either. In Matt 4:17 we see Jesus has started preaching the Kingdom of Heaven. 17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. So for me Matt 5:29 is not for an individual but rather the body of Christ. The body of Christ has different members as does our physical body.
  20. This verse imo is one to read and remember and think on and most of all give thanks for the work this verse says in currently going in one's life everyday especially when times are rough.
  21. At the very least 50% of what science teaches is theory not fact they can prove.
  22. Would it be correct to say all were pagan before Abram became Abraham? Or were there followers of God at that time that may have known Abram as he grew up?
