We persuade men, and our trust should not stand in the wisdom of men. I am here to do one thing, persuade you that the William Tyndale New Testament is of superior English and contains cunning words of the Holy Ghost. Throughout history men have used their own wisdom to explain God and to use corrupted scripture texts to their own destruction. They preach men's precepts and commandments of men (which turn from the trueth). If the righteous scarely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear? In America, the ungodly way is exalted and is marked in consciences by a hot iron (the tv burns in your eyes), see those things how I see them, and perhaps you'll be as pure as Tyndale or you will go follow the way of these sects, whose names are today's denominations. Tyndale has his own (superior) denomination and it is called the congregation of God, the pope is shown as the beast in Revalation whose end is damnation, who as king of this present world will do his bidding against the saints of God, who are called, chosen and faithful. The Bible was translated by Reformer William Tyndale, his New Testament was finalized in the 1526 version from the greek texts, which are better manuscripts than those used by Geneva, King james and New American standard bibles. THe final English Old Testament should be contained in the sometimes hard to read 1537 Thomas Matthew Bible. These two form a canon of the written word of God, preached by the Lord Christ Jesus. Philips daughters were reconized as prophetesses, so was John the baptist, peter, paul, Jesus and more. Remove all the writings of the prophets old and new we would not have much left of the bible. Christianity has not gotten away from grace. It is that so many people make it the entire definition of Christianity and practically ignore the rest of the bible or depower it so much that following it is almost meaningless. Grace is what saved us from our sins, but it did not take us away from our responsibility to live according to the scriptures. Perhaps you guys go to the same bible study and ask one another what they think scripture means. So youre taking a stance where you feel the author is saying that by obeying Christ we are given eternal salvation. Obeying would be the 10 commandments etc. etc. Somehow you feel as though Christ introduced these things and never mentioned in the Old Testament? Jews wandered around thinking what should they do to receive eternal life and Paul said "obey Christ" and it enlightened them? Christ is being called "high priest." The author is letting you know why Christ is the high priest. Not only to educate you, and your bible study friends, but why the Jews expected high priests to come out of the Levites and the author is saying that it's possible for the high priest to come out from another tribe. Jews look at a high priest from the tribe of the Levites to represent them and here come Christ from the tribe of Judah and that is a red flag. Paul is saying to "obey" Christ as they would a high priest. However, i dont expect you and your "amen"'er to understand this. You just looked at that line of scripture and ran with it. There are something like 1,500 commandments given to the body of Christ in the New Testament. Plenty to keep us busy!! Wouldn't that be considered legalism? No, it would not be considered legalism. Legalism, properly understood is a perversion of the law of God into a system of works-based salvation. Legalism amounts to misusing the commandments of to earn God's favor and/or salvation. The New Testament contains a good look into the law of the Prophets, in that covetousness is the root of all evil and those that think that lucre is godliness, from such seperate thyself. In the 1526 N.T, Tyndale took great pain in translating it, and is uncorrupted, yet you still can find weakness therin. Let's look at this again, how can Christ if he teaches a singular doctrine, involving worship of himself, how can you say he condemns not a substitute? How can you be covetous and minister true holiness? One of these least commandments, is the commandment involving idoltary, I Cor 10:7, neither be ye worshippers of idols, and the commanding Isaiah, Jeremiah and Ezekiel all condemning such, pictures that rob God of his honour. How can you say that a man's doctrine is good, when he condemns the idols of Babylon, after he brings an idol in of himself, this man is Calvin and company. Peace, peace where there is no peace at all, look these are perilous times and these slippery preachers teach that (while disregarding scriptures about themselves) that all you have to do is simply believe in Jesus Christ. I say, when you believe his name, whether or not his powerful name found in the 1526 N.T, you are partaker of the Word, and listen that the word applies for today. The strong preaching of the prophets is weakened by the King James and modern texts, which makes the english harder to understand or easy to disregard. If you are under them, you are ever learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the trueth. Sweet preachings and flattering words are the trademark of these, prophets which preacheth lies. And from the least to the greatest of them are given to covetousness.

Isaiah 34 is symbolic and I am sure was fulfilled at one time, but the word remains as such. We will leave Edom, for we know whome God hath cursed. Babylon is the greatest kingdom standing on the earth, it's king is a king of kings, and all prophecys concerning Babylon are waiting to be fulfilled. My people come out of Babylon, if you understand it, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, she is turned upside down, and all the images of her gods are smitten down to the ground (Isaiah 21). Understanding the scriptures is easier with the uncorrupt 1537 Matthew's with modern text, you really get the meaning of what the Lord actually said. I believe that the children of Israel are today and that these believers have a form of godliness, but deny the power therof. Dennis, you are correct on some points about Idoltary, it's in every house and those that portray Christ as an image. Those rob God of his honour, thou shalt take to thee no graven image, so add that to thou shalt not commit adultery, not steal, not kill, not bearing false witness, and honour thy father and mother. Too much of a debate when we talk about the Sabbath. Not a whole lot I can put here, for he that doeth truth commeth to the light, that his works might be manifest, that they are wrought in God. Divisions I agree with, very much, Christ came to set a fire, and what if it is already kindled? We can use the prophets to show us the condition of America today, and that we terribly need to reform ourselves and become righteous. Here's where the ungodly live after their own pleasure, and where laws often trump tyranny instead of freedom. The U.S was not founded as a Christian nation, but as a nation that believes and follows men's doctrines and traditions, only yet Christ is mentioned. sorry but i think your thinking is backwards. salvation is totally fair, because it is up to every person to accept or reject what is offered to them. IF it were a predestined thing, where God only offered it to some but not to others, then you'd be right, it wouldn't be fair. but that's not the way it is. none of us deserve God's grace, but each of us is offered it. there is nothing unfair about a person spending eternity where THEY CHOOSE to spend it. God's grace is given whereever men reform themselves and give up their idols, giving knowledge of Jesus Christ to men, to whomever he sends thee. You are called, chosen and predestinated to have God's favour and merits imputed unto you for righteousness. To reform read Proverbs in the TRC Matthew's version avaiable at faithofgod.net.
