Peter lived in a time where many new converts to Christianity where being made and MANY of them where ALREADY MARRIED to Unbelievers from before they came to believe in Christ.. So of course Peters advice to those who where ALREADY married to unbelievers is good and correct.. But their situation is different from the situation of of people who became Christians as single people.. They where told not to be yoked with unbelievers.. Two different situations. Two different guidance's from God.. So i believe 1 Peter 3 :1 AS THE WORD OF GOD to people who where already married to unbelievers.. Not as a license for single Christians believers to go and seek to be Yoked with unbelievers..

Salvation comes from believing Jesus and trusting that the Atonement Jesus secured on the cross secures for us eternal life with Jesus in eternity, this is the Love of the truth mentioned in 2 Thessalonians 2 ... Those who are rejecting the Love of the truth are already doomed and thus God will send them great delusion so that they will fall for the great deception of the end times false prophet and the beast..

I am not talking.. And have never talked in this thread about people who where married to an unbeliever BEFORE they became Christians... I am talking ONLY about the case of a Christian who decides to marry an unbeliever AFTER they have become a Christian.. I NEVER stated that a person having an opposing opinion of me was personal slander.. This Quote below IS personal slander So when someone makes the accusation to a Christian that the Gospel is of no apparent truth to that Christian what are they calling them? An Anti-christ? The scriptures i quoted about not being yoked with an unbeliever should be enough to support my position that Christians should never marry an unbeliever.. I have asked for scripture to be quoted that supports the belief that a Christian marrying an unbeliever is ok with God.. None has been provided.. Only personal slander against me saying i reject the Word of God..

I read No scriptures that declared a Christian deciding to marry an unbeliever not to be sin.. None of the scriptures you provided supported that stance.. None at all..

My beliefs in regard to marriage is in alignment with scriptures.. Making a statement that my stance is not in alignment with scriptures without any scriptural support is not doing things right.. Point out where my stance is wrong and give scriptures confirming it..

I was not talking about a person who was already married when they became a Christian.. If a person is married to an unbeliever when they come to Christ they should remain with their unbelieving partner.. But once one is a Christian they should not decide to get married to an unbeliever.. Two very different situations, Two different responces / policies..

The Word of God calls on us Christians not to be yoked with unbelievers.. Therefore taking a part in rebellion against what the Word of God preaches is by very definition Sin..

Yes i think you need to post scriptures that satan wanted to prevent Jesus from being executed.. You do not need to post that God's plan was for Jesus to be executed. The Bible is clear about that.. But just because it was Gods plan does not mean it did not become satans plan too..

Yes Jesus loves us.. Tribulations in our current come about as a result of living as faulty beings in a faulty world surrounded by other faulty people.. Sufferings in this world are a background hum that prevent us from forgetting that we now live in a corrupt state of affairs.. For a Problem to be known must make it's presence felt.. So we Christians suffer tribulations just as all the unbelievers do because we both live in the same situation.. Of course we Christians have the bonus of living our lives knowing this state of existence is going to end when we enter into eternity with the LORD in His perfect existence where we shall be transformed into perfected beings.. The Way God has made for us to win His favor is to believe Him and trust in the Way He has made to Redeem us.. Does this mean God is going to keep us from tribulations in this world? Nope... He may and sometimes does intervene in particular instances or situations we find ourselves suffering from if doing so is His will.. But no one lives through their lives on this earth being protected from all troubles.. Jesus said: John 16: KJV 33 "These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world." So keep in mind that we shall have eternity with Jesus as perfect beings in a perfect existence and shall never experience tribulation again this should give us Peace of Mind even as we suffer tribulation in our current lives..

God was using the situation to establish that the shedding of blood was necessary for the forgiveness of sin.. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him." So God was not rejecting Cain.. It was Cain who misinterpreted the situation and this misinterpretation lead him to become jealous of Able for no good reason..

I have already made it clear that Jesus does not NEED to be present on earth to rule earth.. Do you deny or accept that Jesus assended into heaven, With His Physical Body... You say God is Spirit.. Correct but now God has an Eternal Body.. The one that was risen from the dead.. The one that became glorified and was described well in the Book of Revelation chapter 1.. As for your points they do not prove the belief in the 1000 years wrong.. Your just making statements and bringing no more proofs to the table Saying things like i am believing a lie or i am bringing God down to my humanistic level has no effect because the Word of God convicts me that Jesus shall return to the earth one day and all eyes will see Him.. You then posted a challenge.. The actual scriptures you quoted say that Heaven and the highest heaven cannot contain God.. But your positon is stating that God is going to rule forever contained in the highest heaven.. A stance that is in rebellion against the very verse you quote.. Yes God is omnipresant and heaven cannot contain Him. He is everywhere and will be everywhere forever and ever.. Jesus is now in heaven and He is also indwelling each and every Christian on earth.. Where ever two or more a gathered in His name He is there with them.. At the same time as being in heaven.. And when the glorifed body of Jesus returns to earth he will still be in Heaven and in all places..

Of course the Bible makes it clear God will not be ruling from heaven in eternity. Lets go once again to the Book of Revelation and see where it tells us that our eternal Home the New Jerusalem will come OUT of Heaven and down to us.. Also revealing that God will be in the New Jeruslaem and will dwll with us.. Revelation 21: KJV 1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. 2 "And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. {3} And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God." So our eternal home the one Jesus talked about with many mansions that He left to prepare a place for His Saints will come down and God will then dwell with the Saints and as it say Out of heaven measn God will not be dwelling with the saints in heaven for eternity.. Thats why God creates a New Earth.. If everyone was spending eternity in heaven there would be no need for a new earth.. John 14: KJV 2 "In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. {3} And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also."

Salvation is free.. All one needs do is to aknowledge that they are in need of it and then accept it..

This is where Human thinking is undermining you... Where does the doctrine that Jesus shall rule on earth state that Jesus NEEDS to rule on earth??? NOWHERE.. Of course Jesus does not NEED to rule on earth for 1000 Years.. It has NEVER been about Gods NEEDs. It's about Gods WILL.. So God is omnipresent and limitless in power and He rules all existence no matter where He is.. Location is irrelevant.. But He can WILL to do things what ever way He likes and He has his own reasons..

Revelation 20: KJV 4 "And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years." Literal 1000 years reigning with Christ.. Later on in the same chapter it establishes that the Saints are on earth. At the end of the 1000 years. We read:: (Revelation 20: KJV 7 "And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, {8} And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. {9} And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them." So at the end of the 1000 years the Saints will be On earth and will be living near the Beloved City Jerusalem.. That will be where Jesus shall be ruling the world from.. This final satanic rebellion will be destroyed and then the second resurrection and final judgement will happen.. I cannot be any more clearer.. That is why this Book of the Bible is called the Book of Revelation because it reveals things that correct misguided doctrines that many religious people have adopted..

We shall be transformed into our eternal perfect state of being where we shall never again have the desires to rebel or sin because we shall know God and of course know His will and we shall know God is justified to be the One and Only God of all existence.. satans rebellion was based on his prideful delusion that He should be the equal of God .. A god himself.. The Saints will shall be in alignment with the will of God.. We shall be greater then angels, greater then satan ever was..

Jesus when he spoke to the pharisees told them we shall not be given in marriage in eternity but we would be as the Angels not procreating.. When the Saints take part in the first resurrection on the Day of the return of Jesus those of us who are still alive at the time will be changed in a twinkling of an eye and be caught up to meet Jesus in the sky at his return.. One third of the Angels are allied with satan and thus they had to be kept in the dark as far as the Way of salvation God had made to redeem His creation.. Keeping the secret from them entailed keeping it from all the Angels and even keeping it hidden from mankind untill the Way had been established by the LORD Jesus on the cross.. If satan and His angels knew that it was by the death of the Messiah that Redemption would be secured of course they would have stopped Jesus execution rather then inspiring people to execute Jesus.. Well since God has already achieved that critical Victory over satan by His death and resurrection on the cross there is less need for hiding the future from either Angels or the saved followers of Jesus.. But of course it still takes the leading of the Holy Spirit to give wisdom and understanding of scripture.. So satan and His angels must still be blocked from full understanding of the future because they seem to still be under the impression that Gods plan can be sabotaged.. If they knew they where hopelessly defeated then why would they bother to do what they will do when they come out of the Pit as revealed in the Book of Revelation.. Maybe God is allowing them or giving them over to such illusions so that even in their rebellion against the LORD they will be serving Gods purpose during the end times..
