  1. Mark 7:6,7 - "He answered and said unto them, 'Well hath Isaiah prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honoreth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me. Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men."' Jesus lived in constant confrontation and conflict with the world around Him, because Kingdom logic goes against carnal logic. Questions to Ask Myself: AM I LIVING IN CONFLICT WITH THIS WORLD? AM I BRINGING THE REALITY OF HEAVEN, NOT JUST THE DOCTRINE OF HEAVEN, TO MY NEIGHBORS AND COWORKERS? IS MY LIFE CONTRADICTING THE WAY LIFE WORKS FOR MOST PEOPLE IN MY CITY? AM I USHERING IN KINGDOM REALITY WHEREVER I GO? Romans 12:2 - "And be not conformed to this world: but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that you may prove what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect." A renewed mind destroys the works of the devil so that earthly reality matches heavenly reality. It proves the will of God not just in word but in deed. It heals the sick, frees those enslaved to sin, brings joy where there was sadness. A renewed mind sees the way God sees. It receives His impressions and becomes a creative force to release His expression of dominion on planet Earth. "Delight yourself in the LORD; and He will give you the desires of your heart." - Psalm 37:4 "Whatever you ask in My name, that will I do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son." - John 14:13 He is pulling you away from the old, and taking you under the water into the unknown for a time of being unseen and unheard, for a "deeper depth" experience with Him. Humble yourself and flow in the direction the Holy Spirit is drawing you into. God is asking you to not judge things by your natural eyesight. God is doing something bigger than you can see right now. Yes, He's about to blow your paradigm and expand your destiny consciousness. Let go and receive a greater commission! See with the eyes of your spirit man, not the eyes of your flesh. It's time to graduate and go to the next level! It's time to put on the new wine skins fully and receive the infilling of new strength, vigor, and faith. Isaiah 42:9,10 - " Behold the former things have come to pass, now I declare new things;......sing to the Lord a new song, sing His praise from the end of the earth! ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  2. Matthew 15:26 - "To this Jesus replied 'it is not right to take the children's bread and throw it to the dogs."' It is the privilege of children to eat at the table with their Father and from His dish, which is to share in His Spirit; but the dogs must eat the crumbs that fall from the table. Psalms 59: 14,15 - "And at evening let them return; and let them make an noise like a dog, and go round about the city. Let them wander up and down for meat, and tarry if they be not satisfied." Luke 22:24 - "Now an eager contention arose among them as to which of them was considered and reputed to be the greatest." Observation: I AM NOT AT REST IN HIM IF I AM LOOKING ABOUT TO SEE HOW HE IS DEALING WITH OTHERS. NOR AM I AT HIS SERVICE TO BRING THE GRACE OF COMPASSION TO THEM, IF I HAVE TAKEN A HIGHER SEAT . Luke 22:26 - "But this is not the way it is with you; rather, the greatest one among you must be like the youngest, and the leader must be like the servant." Romans 12:2 - "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God." Observation: THE TERRITORY OF THE UNCRUCIFIED THOUGHT-LIFE IS THE BEACHHEAD OF SATANIC ASSAULT IN MY LIFE. TO DEFEAT THE DEVIL, I MUST BE RENEWED IN THE SPIRIT OF MY MIND! ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  3. Genesis 1:2 - "The earth was without form and an empty waste, and darkness was upon the face of the very great deep. The Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters." Observation: AS I MEET WITH GOD HE COMES LIVING AND BREATHING THROUGH THE SCRIPTURES INTO MY HEART. AT THAT MOMENT THE VERY SAME SPIRIT THAT HOVERED OVER CREATION IN THE BEGINNING IS HOVERING OVER ME, TRANSFORMING ME INTO THE IMAGE OF CHRIST THROUGH THE WORD. THAT LIVING, BREATHING WORD IS GOD! 2 Corinthians 3:18 - "But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord." Matthew 14:27 - "But Jesus immediately said to them: 'Take courage! It is I. Don't be afraid."' Christs assurance, "It is I", literally translated reads, "I Am" - the eternal designation of God. While Jesus indeed comes to the aid of His disciples, He also reveals Himself teanscendent of time's barriers. As such, He proclaims His availability to all His disciples. He is God with us, even to the end of the age! AFFIRMATIONS: Since I am in Jesus Christ all the fullness of the Godhead dwells in me. (Col. 2:9,10) God has put eternity in my heart. (Ecclesiastes 3:11) The Lord is like a burning fire shut up in my bones; I cannot contain it any longer. (Jer.20:9) Matthew 7:25 - "And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock." Observation: I CANNOT BUILD MY HOUSE "IN A STORM". MY HOUSE MUST BE BUILT DAY BY DAY, BEFOREHAND, BY DIGGING DEEP AND BUILDING ON THE ROCK OF HEARING AND OBEYING THE WORDS OF CHRIST. 4. 1. What is the primary purpose for developing a righteousness consciousness? Answer: It is so that we will respond to life as much like Jesus as possible. We have been predestined to be conformed to the image of Jesus Christ. "And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect." - Romans 12:2 "For I say to you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will not enter the Kingdom of Heaven." - Matthew 5:20 "For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them." - Ephesians 2:10 2. How is Jesus able to do only that which He saw the father do and say what He heard the father say? Answer: Because of His awareness of the presence of God within Him; Jesus walked in holiness; Jesus nurtured His holiness through continual fellowship with His Father. "After He had sent the crowds away, He went up on the mountain by Himself to pray; and when it was evening, He was there alone." - Matthew 14:23 "Truly, truly, I say to you, 'the Son can do nothing of Himself, unless it is something He sees the Father doing, for whatever the Father does, these things the son also does in like manner. For Just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, even so the Son also gives life to whom He wishes." - Matthew 5:19,21 "I and the Father are one." - John 10:30 3. What are some of the benefits of personal fellowship with God? Answer: Fellowship will cause us to know God and to think and respond the way He does. Fellowship purges us: causes holiness. "That they may all be one; even as You, Father, are in Me and I in You, that they also may be in Us, so that the world may believe that You sent Me." -John 17:21 "For by these He has granted to us His precious and magnificent promises, so that by them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world by lust." - 2 Peter 1:4 "Since we have confidence to enter the holy place by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way which He inaugurated for us through the veil, that is, His flesh." - Hebrews 10:19,20 4. What is true holiness? Holiness is conduct that is in line with God's standards. "For in Christ there is all of God in a human body; so you have everything when you have Christ, and you are filled with God through your union with Christ." - Colossians 2:9,10 "For whom He did foreknow, He also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren." -Romans 8:29 "Leaving your former way of life, you must lay aside that old human nature which, deluded by its lusts, is sinking towards death. You must be made new in mind and spirit, and put on the new nature of God's creating, which shows itself in the just and devout life called for by the truth." - Ephesians 4:22-24 5. List at least two benefits to having a righteousness consciousness? Answers: Will cause us to love others; Will cause us to refuse to participate in anything which serves Satan; Motivates our every action and thought to glorify God. "Whoever has my commands and obeys them, he is the one who loves Me. He who loves Me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love him and show Myself to him." - John 14:21 "...every branch that bears fruit, He prunes it so that it may bear more fruit. You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you." -John 15:2,3 INTO ACTION: Affirm and meditate on the indicated scriptures several times daily until the renewing of your mind is made real to your spirit. AFFIRMTIONS: I bring forth much fruit because I abide in Jesus. The fruit I bear is through Christ only. (John 15.5) I am holy since I am in Christ Jesus and Jesus is in God and God is holy.(Leviticus 20:7) I hold fast to the confession of my faith since God is faithful to perform His word. (Hebrews 10:23) ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  5. Jesus instructed His disciples to pray..."Your Kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven" (seeMatthew 6:10, Luke 11:2). As we pray as Jesus instructs, we are actually praying for Heaven to touch earth. When Jesus came He brought His world to ours! He demonstrated the Kingdom of God on earth. His example of demonstrating God's goodness through signs, wonders, miracles and powerful demonstrations was meant to be teaching tools for us to do the same on earth today. There is no sickness in Heaven and, therefore, it does not belong on earth! Also, there is no poverty, lack, disease or hopelessness in Heaven therefore, it does not belong on earth. Jesus commissioned His disciples with these words: "Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, cast out demons: freely ye received, freely give" (see Matthew 10:8; Luke 10:9). When we became new Christians we were told what "not to do" and taught that we needed to be "perfected" – which placed much emphasis on us, our ability, and our religious performance. LET GO OF YOUR LIMITATIONS Many of us limit God today. We can even witness a miracle and almost immediately shift back into doubt and unbelief. At the time of creation, both Adam and Eve were created to experience "limitless living". This type of lifestyle is experiencing our lives without any types of hindrances or limitations. Limitless living is not for the purpose of self-gain, but is experienced so that we can fulfill ourDESTINY and PURPOSE. And, without limitations, we can fully demonstrate and experience God's power on earth. FULFILLING OUR DESTINY "The eyes of your understanding being enlightened: that you may know what is the hope of His calling....." - Ephesians 1:18 Since we are saved by the finished work of Jesus on the Cross, God's supernatural, transforming power is available to us for the fulfilling of our divine destiny in Christ. We need to shift our perspective. Yes, part of our destiny as children of God is to demonstrate and experience God's power. We were born with a PURPOSE to fulfill. God made you with a specific "PURPOSE." The word purpose means "the reason something exists." Therefore, we can easily conclude that God created us for a very specific reason. Mankind, as a whole, was created in the image of God with the purpose of taking dominion. When we use our God-given authority, we are also empowered to demonstrate God's divine power on the earth. This is the time to demonstrate and experience God's power in our life. JESUS HAD A PURPOSE According to 1 John 3:8, Jesus also had a purpose. His purpose was to "...destroy the works of the devil." We discussed that Jesus brought His world into ours. But, let's delve into this more. The word purpose in Greek is the word "tupos" (pronounced too-pos) and it means "model or imitation." WhenJesus was destroying the works of the devil, He became a model for us to imitate. When we are also on assignment, on purpose, we are imitating God. In fact, this is one of the ways that we are able to give Him glory – by imitating Him! Satan is consumed with targeting us, as he did Eve in the Garden, attempting to cause us to doubt our identity in Christ. If we believe opposite of who we are, (i.e.; sons and daughters of the King and made in His divine image), we become powerless to fully imitate God. Why is that? It is because when we doubt our identity in God, we also doubt our ability to be demonstrators of His power. Problem is the enemy has placed many different limitations upon us which hinder us from demonstration. It's time to take the limitations from our past off! DEMONSTRATION OF HIS POWER Becoming a demonstrator of God's unbridled power is one of the most exciting journeys we can experience. The word "demonstrate" means that something is being "shown or proven." In other words, when we allow God to use us and we pray the prayer of faith for someone to be divinely healed, we are at that time imitators of God. (Just like Elijah, Elisha, Jesus Christ, our Lord, and others!) We are proving God's love as we pray for the sick or the needs of His children. But also, consider this fact: when they are healed, it is then that God's perfect will has therefore been "proven" and "demonstrated". What a privilege it is for God to use us to prove His love through demonstration. Satan targets our mind with lies. THE LIES OF THE ENEMY THAT LIMIT US SOUND LIKE THIS: • You're not smart enough to teach God's Word. • What makes you believe that God would use someone with a past like yours? • You are a complete failure in life. How can God use you? • If you pray for the sick, they might not get healed. Just think of what people might say about you. • You are not qualified to demonstrate God's power • You are flawed. God cannot use someone like you! MORE LIMITATIONS Religion completely negates our need for "relationship" with God. In fact, many times it completely replaces it! Another limitation in the Church is the pressure to "get results". This is all rooted in performance, perfectionism and self-introspection. How many times have we believed the lie that we are a "failure" because we did not witness the desired results? The enemy will use this lie to limit US. On the other hand, God desires that we experience His limitless lifestyle! After all, didn't Jesus say that all things are possible to those of us who believe? Is it then any wonder why the devil attacks our faith? QUESTIONS TO ASK OURSELVES: What do we believe is holding us back? What are our limitations? God desires to empower us to let go of such limitations as: • reliance on ourself • efforts to please God through religious performance • disappointments • emotional pain and trauma • defensive and defeated attitudes PRAYER: I pray today confirming that I am fully empowered to demonstrate Your Kingdom on earth. I agree with what Your Word says concerning my destiny and purpose and that I am created to give You glory. I pray that You reveal the limitations which rob me of being a Kingdom demonstrator. I pray that You shift me into continuous seasons of limitless living. I decree that there are no limits to what I do or experience in Christ, In Jesus' name, Amen! ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  6. Only spirit can serve Spirit. Romans 1:9 - "For God whom I serve in my spirit in the preaching of the gospel of His Son, is my witness as to how unceasingly I make mention of you." Romans 7:6 - "But now we have been released from the Law, having died to that by which we were bound, so that we serve in newness of the Spirit and not in oldness of the letter.. " Romans 12:11 - "Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;" Only spirit can know Spirit. 1 Corinthians 2:9-12 - "But just as it is written, THINGS WHICH EYE HAS NOT SEEN AND EAR HAS NOT HEARD, AND which HAVE NOT ENTERED THE HEART OF MAN, ALL THAT GOD HAS PREPARED FOR THOSE THAT LOVE HIM. For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God. For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so the thoughts of God no one knows except the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may know the things freely given to us by God." Only spirit can worship God who is spirit. John 4:23-24 - "But an hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for such people the Father seeks to be His worshipers. God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth." Philippians 3:3 - "For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus and have no confidence in the flesh." Only spirit can receive revelation from God who is spirit. Revelation 1:10 - "I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s day, and I heard behind me a loud voice like the sound of a trumpet."1 Corinthians 2:10 - "For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God."
