Guest Yacov
It violates one of G-'s first commands to humans. It corrupts the Temple of G-d just like eating a pig corrupts the human body - medically and spiritually speaking.

Plus I think that question is directly answered by St. Paul when he said that sexual sins were worse because they we are sinning against our own body (whatever that means) but it probably relates to what Yacov said. It is interesting that this is one of the areas that modern society, including much of Christian society has totally given up on giving themselves totally over to sexual immorality as normal. It really mirrors Pagan Rome, Corinth, and Sodom etc. Sexual immorality is not new that is for sure, but societies that have gone down that road do not last very long. We are defiling the temple so to speak.

Thanks to this we have AIDs as well as the other diseases. Single mothers trying to raise children alone, mothers who choose to kill thier inconvenient babies (it's called abortion to make it seem OK), families get torn apart becasue one parent or the other (or both) are looking outside of the marriage for something better. There are so many reasons why sexual sin is so bad. <>< ><> Nathele

Sexual sins corrupts the prophetic action of men and women adorning the gospel through proper relationship. The consequence is not unlike what happen to Moses when he struck the rock a second time instead of speaking for the water to come forth . . . and therefore corrupted the prophetic action of the passion of Christ and the preaching of the Gospel. While there is forgiveness for these sins, there remains irreversible consequences. Example: Satan the accuser will constantly remind you of past sexual encounters with flashbacks and guilty feelings.
