Thank you brother. I just noticed that you were a brother. Don't know why I presumed otherwise. Probaly the "grace" label. Us guys sometimes forget about grace.

I appreciate your standing up for me. I truly just want to deal in the up and up. Steve is one of those people that most pastors would kill for. He knows the word, and has insight into it. I just happened to notice that he'd ask "questions" that anybody writing a book on the subject (like him) would know since it is Cessationism 101. And because he refuses to acknowledge that his aim is to change our way of thinking, I am going to challenge him tooth and nail for the truth.

When I have been wrong with him, or with others, I have acknowledged it. I was in Amaraiyahs face concerning politics. Some others mentioned it, and I apoligized. So did Amaraiyahs to his credit. I believe in truth and grace in all our relationships. And I refuse to hear what another has to say until I know I can trust him. Then we can talk issues. Steve Hut is too smart to not know what the term "Cessationism" is or what a Pentecostal defines as being "Spirit-filled." I documented it, and that he believes that because we believe in Signs and wonders, that we are "a wicked and adulterous generation." Thus, he closed down the topic. (As if that would shut me up. I am a bulldog for truth. I can't stand it if I exxagerate in the slightest. I hold myself to that standard, and I certainly will hold a Cessationist to that standard. Especially if they use their post to accuse us of being an "adulterous and wicked generation.")

I know what you mean.

I was amazed when I joined a year ago that the handle Saved by Grace was not taken. It was my first thought for a handle...His Amazing GRACE without which we would all be left in the dark. I am Saved by Grace.

On the another note, I am glad you are here. You have much to offer and share with us. You will find a wide range a folks and beliefs here and a lot of opportunity to work the soil. There is a lot of good soil but it still needs to be worked. Every once in awhile, you'll find some rocks but we just remove and toss them aside.
