The theory of evolution still remains a theory

So does the theory of gravity, atoms, germs, cells etc. All of these theories - theory being the highest scientific construct - are a result of rigorous testing by the scientific community, and explain a vast amount of data. They will indeed remain theories, until they are falsified.

Please outline an experiment that could be performed by scientists that could falsify the theory of evolution.

It's rather boring to for us to have to say the same things over and over again.

Yes, the fossil evidence for human evolution is very good, Good and talk to a paleoanthropologist or read some books by them. Also, there can be no 'ape-to-human' transition in the same sense there can be no 'cat-to-lion' transition. Even creationists trained in paleontology admit hominid fossils exist that provide good evidence for evolution. The record is being filled in as we speak;

Ok - I am interested in history of mankind but I reject the theory of evolution. I am aware there are Christians who believe mankind appeared through evolving in this way. I am a Bible believer in the Genesis Creation account. I believe man (Adam)appeared on earth, upright and posessing intelligence given to him by God.

Now with regard to creationists trained in paleontology and acknowledging (evolution path)- what is the number of evolutionists that have switched to believing in Intelligent Design because of their study of evolution?

exactly, there would be evidence of gradual transitions not a total DNA change in one generation, but many, all that has ever been presented is the "large jump changes" nothing inbetween those large jumps, no step by step change....

Cells have been observed growing and multiplying.....

The germ theory is not that germs exist, but that microorganisms are the cause of many diseases. Likewise the theories of cells and atoms are not simply that they exist, but explanations of how they are made up and how they behave. Also, the theory of gravity is not simply that it is an actual force, causing objects with mass to attract one another, but is an explanation of exactly how this works. It is worth pointing out that all of these theories are contradicted by various bits of empirical data, and will eventually need to be further refined.

Now, as for the theory of evolution, it is not just that it is an actual phenomenon. We know that it is;

I'm not sure if this is how you meant but I think yes, most all scientists have probably questioned their theory at one time or another. Einstien, Newton and all the well known scientists all have times of doubt and wondered if they were correct.

I'm sure Darwin was no different when he first proposed his theory.
