Yes we are living in the endtimes. So, if Kerry wins, then he will put the military under UN control, then everything will fall inplace.

I am voting for Bush, but I've been wondering if it really matters. I'm beginning to wonder if Kerry might win regardless, if these are the endtimes, and we will start seeing scripture and prophecy come to pass. As stated, he would be one for putting our military under U.N. control, and everything may start happening.

I too, think we are in the endtimes, and it's just a matter of time anyway, but I do wonder if Kerry is one of the cogs that need to be in place for it to begin, with his world views on things.

We attended a prayer meeting the night of the last debate. My husband stated in his prayer that as a nation, we deserve Kerry, by our actions, we may get what we deserve. A leader/king who is against the Lord God.

It is difficult not to believe that indeed we are the generation that will see the Lord return. It is so exciting to watch daily as prophecy is fulfilled before our very eyes. Both of my only sisters have come to salvation within the last year and even though they are babes in Christ they have asked me about end times prophecies. The topic that comes up frequently with them is why are people so mean, rude, and heartless. I tell them that the days we are living in are spoken of in the Bible, the love of many will grow cold. We have a commission to complete and these days should spur us on to preach the gospel to the ends of the earth.

OK. I'm still trying to decide if Christ will return during my lifetime (I'm 40) or if he will return during my children's life. Sometimes it seems that the trib. period could begin any day. At other times it seems there are still many things that need to fall into place.

Some important events, I think, are that Israel is being regathered to her land and the EU is bringing together the heart of the historical Roman Empire. Also globalism is everywhere; and there is the growing apostasy of the visible church. It seems worse every day.

I guess I am afraid that the second coming will occur when I am old, like 70 or 80 years old. I won't be able to do as much for the Lord when I'm that old. Has anyone else ever had these thoughts? I work in a nursing home, so I have a fear of growing old anyway. Some of the residents are so helpless. I believe we will be here during the trib. period and I guess I don't want to be old and helpless during that time on earth. Anyone else ever had these thoughts?
