IT seems like everyone loves the extra hour of daylight in the evening. I think it screws up my senses! I've noticed Standard time keeps getting shorter. (Clock changes in Fall pushed badk, Spring change done earlier). I wish they'd either do away with Daylight savings, or do away with standard time (if everyone loves the extra hour too much to give it up). I cannot begin to tell you how encouraged I am to read your and some other responses - My entire life I've felt unwell after these 2 times yearly time changes... Everyone teases "it's only an hour!!", but to me it's unsettling and I physically do not feel well for several days. I know people love it being still light when you come home from work and have daylight more into the day... but it has always made me unwell. I could stand all this if we kept either DST or regular time all the time.... but not switching back and forth - I really do not like it. And I had no idea others felt this way too!! Wrong. I staggered out to the living room and noticed that the cable box time was one hour ahead of my alarm clock. DOH! Class went great, with many people arriving about 30 mins into the class looking disheveled. We had a wonderful discussion. The topic? Oh, yeah it was "God's Sovereign Timing". You may think I'm kidding. Could we have picked a better topic? I love this family!!!

The computer automatically updated itself too, so that only left me about three clocks to change manually. I agree with neb - all DST or all normal time (preferably normal time), but the switching throws my internal clock off twice a year.
