We had one here in my county last night, it went right through a rural neighborhood without touching a house, I'm told by the radio that it made a path 3 miles long. The trees that it did hit, did a lot of damage to houses.

Praying for you.

If they had more trees, the trees would break up and slow down the tornados. They would slow down the winds that precede the formation of the tornados. All this developement, they cut down all the trees and this is what you get.

Guess I can't get away from them anywhere. We're at Williamsburg on a sight seeing trip and it seems they had a small one a ways away at Hampton. Guess they want to make us feel right at home.

One of theose on the ground back home missed our house by about 10 miles.... We're getting used to seeing them. Makes for an exciting time.

Glad you guys are ok! was thinking of you when I heard the reports. Exciting! how about hair raising, heart pounding with the oh my no lets run! feeling?! lol I have been in a few tornado warnings and have had a few touch down over our heads, just convinces me each time living in the desert is much safer!
