Before sodomy was repealed, if a person raped another person and then sodomized him/her, it was an additional assault and the perpetrator got an extra charge tacked on. Now, that isn't the case. As for the bestiality part, I am glad we still have the "conduct unbecoming" clause that can still be used to dismiss a service member that does that.
