That would not surprise me in the least. There is a spiritual battle going on, and the enemy certainly doesn't want "proof" like that laying around for folks to find.

I've noticed something from my current job working in a research building (aka full of science types.) There is such a huge investment of time, money, and energy, not to mention whole careers invested in Evolutionary Theory that I don't see "big science" changing its tune any time in the near future. Global Warming is a good example of what I'm talking about. If someone reverses themselves on that, it makes them look bad (and they won't get funding) for their new grant apps.

One day their tune will change when Jesus comes back though! That'll be "proof" enough.

Whenever i hear of "outlandish things" i do not assume that person is a nut, i should investigate what the issue is, there are alot of deceivers out there and people are walking around deceived. I like Creation Ministries and Answers In Genesis because they never stop exposing Evolution, it is really great stuff to hear, however if one just reads the Bible and believes then "modern science" will be a wrong explanation.
