U.S. District Judge John L. Kane issued an injunction Friday that temporarily prohibits the Obama administration from forcing a Christian family in Colorado to act against its faith in the way it operates its heating, ventilation and air-conditioning business.

Since obamacare is forcing someone to violate their religion, in violation of the constitution (the govt shall not prohibit the free exercise of someones religion) then obamacare needs to be tossed out.

I was reading yesterday about a Bakery in Colorado who refused to make a cake for a Homosexual Marriage and is now being persecuted. I know that if I was asked to Cater a Homosexual Wedding that I would have to decline.

We certainly are living in interesting times.

Dont forget the homosexual wedding where a photographer declined their business and was sued for it. Didnt the court demand he film their wedding after all? I believe it was discussed at worthy.

Mixed feelings on this. On one hand, I'mnot in favor of forcing people to do stuff they don't want to do. On the other hand, I think a lot of people hide behind a veil of religion to justify all sorts of stuff. Where does one draw the line? If someone claims their religion involves, say, animal or even human sacrifices, is that OK, too?

I don't claim any religion, but there are some things I wouldn't feel comfortable condoning. Just my own personal convictions, nothing that anyone else dictated to me. It shouldn't matter. I have the right to obstain from whatever to the extent it doesn't affect others.

I was glad to get out from under organized religion because I felt like it dictated things to me that I should or should not do or feel. Sometimes those things were at odds with my true feelings.

That being said, I wonder why these people make such a stink about it. If someone won't provide a certain service I want, I can always find someone else.

That's the "agenda" thing we keep talking about.

Well bad as I hate to say it, they will most likely look at it and see that they can declare this part against the constitution without doing any damage to the rest of the bill and leave the rest of the bill. Some how we need to keep parts of it that does actually save money and get rid of the expenseive parts.

i really wish we could dump it all and set HR3200 in it's place. That was/is a decent bill even though it does make us all have to have insurance.in some form.
