What causes crime as we know it in society today? Not really. Many of the social ills are symptoms of the real problem. The problem is sin. I have seen some of the vilest people get saved and become completly transformed by the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit. They are not the same person they were before. They were delivered from addictions, and other self-destructive habits that lead to a life of crime. Some of them are still in prison for the crimes they committed but the are more free now in prison than they were when they were on the outside. Don't underestimate the power of Jesus to transform a life. I am telling you, deal with the sin problem in people and the other social ills that plague society will disappear.
