If he can keep track of every hair on our head. I think he will be able to keep track of all those cigarette butts thrown out the window and litter thrown in the ditches. And companies doing careless damage to his earth. I'm not sure about the rest of the movie but the environmentalist part won't bother me. Some people don't think pollution is a sin... Unrepentant litter bugs will reap what they sow. This is Gods world. It is entertainment. We are suppose to be joyful always so hopefully it will glean some joy for us. Read some reviews from people who haven't seen it? There are major problems with the theology of Jesus Christ Superstar by Andrew Lloyd Webber. But I know of some people that have had major influence in the Church who got saved through asking questions because they went to see the show. When the da vinci code came out, how many folks did you meet whose only knowledge of Jesus was that he married mary magdelene, based on the fictional plot of that movie and book? I met many.
