Well, the Biblical teaching about the "antichrist" is not all guess work. It wouldn't be written as a warning to brethren if it was. It just takes common sense Bible study with noting the reoccurring theme in the NT about a coming false one to Jerusalem that will exalt himself as God in a temple there.

But do some men leave the Scripture parameters involving the "antichrist"? Yes, and why? So as to deceive those who would rather listen to men's doctrines instead of The LORD directly in His Word with His help.

The coming of the antichrist known as the Beast will mark the end of days, and will be clear from him sitting in the temple calling himself God.

2 Thessalonians 2:2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
 3 ¶ Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

Jesus told the series of events that would occur. Many would falsely claim to be Christ and deceive people (v. 5) There will be many wars and rumors of them, famines, pestilences, earthquakes, but the end isn't yet, this is just the beginning of sorrows. (vv. 6-8) Christians will be delivered up to be afflicted and killed, causing many to abandon the faith, but those who endure to the last will be saved. (vv. 9-13)

The Gospel will be preached in all nations, and only then will the end come. (v. 14) It will be apparent from the Abomination of Desolation, the Beast, spoken of by Daniel, standing in the holy place calling himself God. (v. 15) Those in Israel are told to flee for it marks the beginning of the Great Tribulation, days shortened only for the Elect's sake. (vv. 16-22) False christs and prophets will show signs and wonders, deceiving virtually everyone. (v. 23)

Christians are warned against being told Jesus is in the desert or some secret place because when Jesus returns it will be undeniably obvious, as clear as the lightning shining from one end of Heaven to the other. There will be no secrecy, everyone will know it without doubt when Jesus returns. (vv. 25-28) Once that Tribulation ends Jesus will return for His Elect at the head of an army to judge Satan's world kingdom, usher in the thousand-year milennial reign, and gather his Elect, aka the Rapture. (vv. 29-31)

Matthew 24:4 ¶ And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.
9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.
10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.
11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:
17 Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:
18  Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.
19 And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!
20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:
21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
23 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.
24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
25 Behold, I have told you before.
26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.
27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
28 For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.
29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

Very good. I'm glad at least a few here are weighing those prophecies as a whole together in their mind.

Just giving you the same information we all have always had since God's Word came to us. But you seem to be trying to make that word "antichrist" into a label that can be just about anything or anyone. Not so per God's Word.

Do you even know where John was referring to that those had already had heard that "antichrist shall come"? Where did he get that idea that those he spoke that to had already heard that antichrist shall come?

Personally I believe that Jesus has told me who the Anti-Christ is, and he is living here today.

Might want to check the spirit you're listening to, because the Scriptures point directly to Satan himself as the coming Antichrist. And by that I mean Satan here on earth in person, and not by some demon possession idea.

In Rev.12:7 forward our Lord Jesus showed us about Satan being cast out of Heaven down to the this earth in the last days, with his angels. The abode of hell, haides, or whatever one wants to call it, is in the Heavenly. When the war in Heaven between Michael and his angels vs. Satan and his angels occurs, the devil's place in the Heavenly will be no more. That leaves only one other place he can go to, i.e., this earthly dimension we live in.

The many antichrists that are here on earth which work for Lucifer are continually trying to hide this specific matter, and want us to instead think the Antichrist is about some flesh man being possessed in order to fulfill the role of the coming Antichrist/false messiah. They don't want you to think it could be the Devil himself. Yet the Devil is who the Scriptures are directly pointing to. It's simply a matter of whether people are going to believe the Scriptures as they are actually written or not, or instead heed pop tradition.

Hi Salty.

I dont know why all seems to mention THE antichrist?

For antichrists there are many. This is an invention by the churches.

If you look into rev 19:20 you will see that the beast(empire) and the false prophet are cast in the fire.

Just the two of them. Even satan and his angels are spared.

And the 3rdww is the war of man against man. This will be stopped short,by the appearing of Christ

in the clouds,or no flesh will be saved from that war. This is the tribulation.

Armageddon is the war of man againt the Lamb.Three frog like expressions will come out of the mouth of the dragon

the beast and the false prophet.rev.16:13.To bring the two warring parties to come together to make war with the lamb.

The war of Gog and Magog will only happen one thousand years later.

After satan has been released from his prison.

My words in BLUE -

Hi Salty.

I dont know why all seems to mention THE antichrist?

For antichrists there are many. This is an invention by the churches.

If you look into rev 19:20 you will see that the beast(empire) and the false prophet are cast in the fire.

Just the two of them. Even satan and his angels are spared.

It's because Apostle John in 1 John 2:18 specifically warned about the coming "antichrist" (singular)...

1 John 2:18

18 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.

In that first part, John reminded them that they had already heard antichrist shall come. Where did they first hear about that? Christ Jesus covered it in The Gospel of John about the prince of this world. They understood the singular antichrist to come that John was referring to.

The part about the "many antichrists" already at work is about Paul's "mystery of iniquity", i.e., Satan's workers on earth that are already at work. So in 1 John 2 there are two 'antichrist' concepts mentioned by John, a singular antichrist they heard shall come, and then the many antichrists then already at work. Men's doctrines mostly tend to teach about the "many antichrists". Those in Christ are to note the distinction between the two concepts, because John was also pointing to the pseudo-Christ idea our Lord Jesus warned of in Matt.24:23-26 regarding that singular "antichrist" in the first part.

In the tribulation there is no war. This is why our Lord Jesus said in Matt.24 we will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but don't be troubled for those things must be, but the end is not yet. So, as long as wars are ongoing, then we are not in the tribulation yet. This marks that the "great tribulation" timing will be a time of world peace. That's how the "little horn" of Dan.8 is to come to destroy, using peace with craft prospering in his hand. This is why Apostle Paul mentioned when the deceived begin to say, "Peace and safety" then a sudden destruction will come upon them. It's because at the very end will be that world peace and safety with Antichrist and his ten kings in power over all nations. Rev.13 asks 'who can make war' with the beast? None will be able during the tribulation, only Christ Jesus's coming to end it can.

The Ezek.38 & 39 Gog-Magog event is to occur on the last day of this world, and is the Armageddon event on the 7th Vial. The reason Gog-Magog is mentioned again for the end of Christ's thousand years is because Satan is loosed from his pit to gather the nations against the "camp of the saints" then on earth. In the Ezek.38 example we are given the specific nations involved, which are aligning today in our times. But in the Rev.20 example no specific nations are mentioned.

Hi Salty.

Thank you for your respond.

It is obvious that the false prophet and the beast are antichrists.

The end result is that only the beast and the false prophet are cast into the fire.

Just the two of them. No antichrist mentioned.

Satan is not cast into the fire at the coming. This means that things are not fininshed after the coming.

The kingdom have to be set up,and the jews of all generations to be brought back by choice.(the remnant).ez.37.

The kingdom of God consist of jews only, and the resurrected saints will rule over them,as kings and priests.

Jesus as king of kings. That kingdom will be paradise to the jews. No pain No sorrows, the lion will eat straw.

They will live upto a hundred year old,and at rest. The thief promised by Christ, will be there.

The surviving gentiles; after armageddon will live outside the kingdom and multiply also.

The jews will be taught by the saints and in turn the jews will teach the gentiles.

Then  only will knowledge cover the earth as the sea cover the earth.

There will be nations, but their dominion will be taken away (dan.7:12.14).

Satan will be in prison, but his angels are are still around the outside of the kingdom to do the tempting.

After the thousand years is accomplished, satan will be let loose to draw the unbelieving nations together to surround the camp of the saints.

rev 20. This is the war of Gog and Magog.

Concerning the names of those nations of today.

It is obvious that those nations will still bear the same name a thousand years from now.

God calls those  non believers, that still resist to be converted; Magog, and satan's man,the prince of Magog.

One more thing: at armageddon, all the dead will be buried in the valey of Hinom.

And *Jesus* will destroy babylon the great. The cities of the nations will be no more.rev.16:19.

At the battle of Gog; all the dead will be buried in the valey of Hamongog;and *God himself* will cause fire to come down from

heaven;from God.

Thank you for reading.
