fremontdenver Posted August 20, 2014 Group: Members Followers: 0 Topic Count: 36 Topics Per Day: 0.01 Content Count: 58 Content Per Day: 0.01 Reputation: 5 Days Won: 0 Joined: 11/07/2009 Status: Offline Share Posted August 20, 2014 how is a person righteous in the eyes of god? is it by faith in the blood shed by Chrsit on the cross or is it by obeying the commandments as best as possible? i hope its the first because if its the latter thats all i think about obbsessively all day long and I stop sleeping and eating as i worry obbsessively about whether i'm righteous or not, not only that but cry six times a day and have panic attacks and scream because i am scared i'm not righteous enough and what does 1 John 3:10 mean i know i have been bad, god save me! We are justified by the faith of God when we receive the Gospel, the word of truth', and believe on Christ. At that point we are born again and God makes us "the righteous of God in Christ".
