Guest LadyC
we don't really have any christmas traditions. we are too spur-of-the-moment to commit to traditions!

Stuff for us as a family to do.

There's a theater in my neck of the woods that always runs it around Christmas time, and it is an *insanely* popular event. My wife, 17-year-old son, and myself can't for another big-screen experience. I'm 56, and I'd guess I've seen it at least 50 times since I discovered it in college. People get so creative dont they? The houses that I cant look at for very long are when the house is covered in flashing lights that just gives headaches. There is also one with B Stanwick that I like something about marrying a soldier who likes reading her recipes in addition to White Christmas ther is Holiday inn similar to White Christmas. Obviously I like black and white movies. But snow, hot drink and a good movie during the holidays is a 'good thing'.

I saw elf that was so funny I've seen it numerous times. Does anyone have any meaningful traditions about Jesus that they do? any count downs to Christmas? we use to do those candy advent calendars where u eat a piece of candy every day until Christmas mom stopped doing them when I ate all the candies in one day.
