Can anyone tell me if this has happened to them and what it might mean? He was the first thing I noticed and I the first thing he noticed. Any replies would be a great help to me. Thank you....I don't think It means anything, but I'm curious to know why you believe you were the first thing the Owl noticed? Thank you... Oh and I did see an Owl awake in the day before, not sure if I woke it up though.

But they will hunt any time they are hungry. When food is scarse as when it is very cold they will sometimes hunt, but now when the ground is thawing and mice are coming out, they will be out making up for the lean weeks. You may also see more hawks about. When they are nesting and have owlets to feed you will find them hunting throughout the day as well.

As I was going to pick up the children, in a woodsy like area, there on the high line was a young owl and as I drove by He looked at me and I at him I was telling the children I picked up about it and to my astonishment He was there when I was returning... so the children looked at the owl and the owl looked at the children. I had just read this thread a day or so before Love, Steven
