It's what they believe and in a country that has freedom of religion. Some of the stuff I read on this board could be considered more threatening than that toward Islam. The mosque in Jerusalem has writing on the building that says, God is not begotten nor does he beget, God has no son in other words. Israel is ripe with religious tention. I'm sure these signs are nothing unique. I saw a sign in DC during a march that said "Jesus, save us from your followers." A dig yes but threatening, no. I personally have never seen a thread on Worthy that is more threatening than that towards Islam. In fact I have never seen a single thread here that is threatening towards Muslims..
