We have read that Christ is entitled to take the scroll, His inheritance. He opens the seven seals, (7 meaning complete) indicating the complete inheritance is His.

`When He opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour.` (Rev. 8: 1)

With the breaking of the seventh seal there is a peaceful silence in heaven. This indicates that when the complete will written in the scroll, has been carried out then all will be at rest. Christ will have final possession & full occupation of His inheritance.

The details of how Christ does this is in the next unfolding chapters of the book of Revelation.
