I thought the scientists and wanna-be scientists among us would appreciate this:

Physics teaches us that Power=Work/Time, or P=W/T. Sociology teaches us that Time is Money, and that Knowledge is Power. So if we substitute, we get

Knowledge= Work/Money. If we do some algebra we see that Money=Work/Knowledge. Therefore as Knowledge approaches zero, Money approaches infinity, regardless of how much work actually gets done. That is why CEOs make so much money.

I wouldn't have the slightest idea. I hated algebra in High School, still do, and have not ever needed it since then, probbaly never will.

Makes perfect sense to me! ...and I'm a math major.

Yep...works that way in my family too....

My sister and her husband have 3 masters degrees and Phd. from Cambridge between them. My folks and his folks have had to help them along financially for years.

My brother never set foot in a classroom after he left high school. He acts completely unlearned. And yet he has money coming gout he Wazoo..what ever THAT is???

Well that bites, the more edumicated, I mean educated I get, the less I make. Well let me put it in perspective where I work. I have an associates degree and I make more than someone in my office who has a master's degree. And the people who run the agency don't have a batchlor's degree between them. Makes sense to me.
