Without math you can forget about working at nasa. Math is very important. What needs to be taken out of schools is the aptitude tests. here in Texas i think its called the taks test. Teachers curriculums revolve around these tests because if the kids can pass the schools get money. This curriculum does not teach the kids anything valuable that can be used in life. I find it depressing that children's education is minimal due to money. Oh I agree math is very important. I have a lot of respect for those who excell at math. Several in my family are math wizards.
