So why are you targeting this particular company? According to littleflower there are other companies making this drug and they all cost more...

I am not targeting any particular company.Just an example of the ripoff and the huge prices of our drugs. Is the huge markup really necessary?

If the alternatives are still more than this is...then this must not be so outrageous

It's outrageous because it costs $1 to make.

what it costs to make is totally irrelevant.

I agree with OO, what it costs to make is irrelevant. What it costs to start recouping the money spent buying this company and realizing a profit is relevant. The fact that they are still a cheaper resource than other companies is relevant.

My first husband is a pharmacist.Yes,we knew all about those pharmacy companies.Right before my husband graduated from pharmacy school a couple of the companies flew them back to see their companies and wined and dined them. They spent a fortune on these future pharmacists.Yes,the drug companies are bucks up.

just remember that drug companies have stock owners just as any other business......   they are not in the market to save lives, but to make money...    forgetting that will only bring you heartache.

Isn't the point of operating a business to make money?

right after this point is passed :

1 Timothy 6:8 But if we have food and clothing, we will be content ...

biblehub.com/1_timothy/6-8.htm

And having food and raiment let us be therewith content. Holman Christian ... With food to eat and clothes to wear; content we are in everything. NET Bible

Good passage.I agree.

so, you are saying that businesses should just have food and clothing and not make profits for it's investors....

It's one thing to be content with your life, but that just isn't going to work in the business world.

We really don't know the story behind what this business is doing and you guys are condemning it anyway.
