The thing that concerns me is that Jesus is your Divine Shepherd, and if indeed He would appear to you it would be in that manner in order to comfort you. For a lion to first roar and then to console you is an anomaly. When the lions and lambs live peaceably with each other (as they will under the rule of Christ) I can't imagine the lion roaring at the lamb. Purring would be more appropriate. I tend to think- like you said in your last post, hallucination or dream.
