@Ezra-- Dream or Hallucination?

if you must have an answer, I would guess on the side of caution, and from my experience with percocet I'd go with hallucination.   Reason being that I don't know anyone who has been told they can decide when it's time to go.

The thing that concerns me is that Jesus is your Divine Shepherd, and if indeed He would appear to you it would be in that manner in order to comfort you.  For a lion to first roar and then to console you is an anomaly.  When the lions and lambs live peaceably with each other (as they will under the rule of Christ) I can't imagine the lion roaring at the lamb. Purring would be more appropriate. So the only resolution is to seek further clarification form the Lord Himself.

I was on tramadol, motrin and my normal breathing med steroids. I tend to think- like you said in your last post, hallucination or dream. Because yes, Jesus would comfort- not scare with a roar....... but I wasn't scared :-/
