I am sure given his position, an autopsy will be required.

Like Kennedy's    where they lost his brain...

if there was foul play it will be generations before we would know if history repeats itself.

One thing that is for sure, give it a week and there will be 100 websites laying out the details of the conspiracy of how he died.  It will be like playing Clue

Will we be told the truth? Forensic Pathologists can be bought. It happens :(

If there was foul play, I doubt we will.

I'm wondering if there was foul play.

He was 79. It is far more likely he died of just plain old age type causes.

Hasn't he already appointed two justices, e.g., a "wise Latina" and another of undetermined orientation?

I hope you realize my "oh goodie" remark was sarcasm.

These days 79 is like 59. A guy with "plain old age" does not go hunting. Perhaps the hunter became the hunted.

Hmm my grandfather at the age of 89 went hiking into the mountains to his cabin. It is a hike that most young folks could not do.

Check the stats. 79 is not too young to die of old age.
