You can be sure the angels who rebelled with Satan wont be dwelling any where esle but where the Devil, and the false prophet, will spend for eternity. This covers air space. Only Satan is locked up, not his angels. His angels and the evil spirits will dwell in the waste places. They can still travel, but they can't peek inside. Which is why these "walls", not real walls, but no fly zones are so high as wide.. Why would the Lord give dimensions/measurements, if the walls, etc, are not real? This can be deciphered in Ezekiel's visions of the temple, from which Revelation redraws images and language, and in the story of Solomon's temple in which were two life size models of angels.
