2 John 1:2...56 pages later lol.

Actually - there's nothing funny about it.
OSAS is an extremely arrogant fruit of Protestantism that has zero basis in Scripture.

If it doesn't harmonize with the rest of Scripture - it's an invention . . .

I don't think it funny at all. The disciples of the antithetical institution raised against Christ and his truth has led countless souls straight to Hell. And that it has disciples arguing to achieve that end now and in future is a travesty.Ā
The Bible is clear about those that hate in the name of their faith. Are we not to pity that one that hates the Protestants here ? They teach the way to Hell, argue against God'sĀ  only begotten son, make the primacy of their fallen doctrine cause , and demonstrate arrogance and hubris as one of the damned.

No, there isn't anything funny about that. Idolatrous satanic churches are a sin. And anathema.

You see, if you believe you are not eternally saved, you'll then always depend on that institution that teaches you that your allegiance to their way of salvation will save you. In the end. After you've confessed for no purpose, after you've repented in countless acts of contrition that serve no purpose. After you've gasped for a priest to give you last rites and using nearly your last breath. And after your heart stops having lived all those lies as truth, that you had to work, work, work, work, to find God's grace in salvation while alive. And only after you're dead discover if your labors were to come to fruition, you're still damned! Because you awaken in purgatory. Where you'll spend an indeterminate period of time burning off those venial (forgivable) sins that weren't forgiven by the church when you were alive.

Purgatory is not in the Bible. It is a word in the false teachings of anti-Christ adversarial dogma that culminates a message into one word; Purgatory. The message being, Jesus died a failure on the cross.

He did not take the sins of the world upon himself there. That the scripture is a lie when it says, whosoever believeth in him shall not perish but have everlasting life. (In fact, one here continually argues that when they deny Jesus teachings concerning eternal salvation, eternal life.)

That God lied when he said those who repent of their sins and hold faith in Jesus and the grace of God shall be redeemed, reborn as a new creation, and God shall remember their sins no more.Ā  Because when someone believes they have to suffer for the sins they carried with them after death and for an indeterminate time in a place not Hell, that's exactly what they're holding faith in. All that Jesus didn't teach is all that they hold in faith is true.

Indulgences, are not in scripture. And yet, with the advent of purgatory the church that invented that false place made a fortune off of naive people who paid to have the souls of their departed loved one's removed from that place of afterlife suffering.

And how did such an evil place come to be? When it is not in scripture? Why, by yet another council's decree of course.Ā  A decree authored by the Council of Florence, and their "Decree of Union".Ā  And in a decree drawn up by the Council of Trent.

Ā

Ā

Ā

John 3:3-8 Jesus replied, ā€œI tell you the solemn truth, unless a person is born from above, he cannot see the kingdom of God.ā€ 4 Nicodemus said to him, ā€œHow can a man be born when he is old? He cannot enter his motherā€™s womb and be born a second time, can he?ā€ 5 Jesus answered, ā€œI tell you the solemn truth, unless a person is born of water and spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. 6 What is born of the flesh is flesh, and what is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7 Do not be amazed that I said to you, ā€˜You must all be born from above.ā€™ 8 The wind blows wherever it will, and you hear the sound it makes, but do not know where it comes from and where it is going. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.ā€

Ā

John 3:16-18 For this is the way God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world should be saved through him. 18 The one who believes in him is not condemned. The one who does not believe has been condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the one and only Son of God.

It's equally hilarious that you stick to your blunders - even AFTER it's been explained to you in the most simplistic terms . . .

PS - Only the Grace of God saves us through the blood of Christ.

Question: "Is Catholicism a false religion? Are Catholics saved?"

Ā

Keep in mind brothers and sisters that Francis even teaches that atheists are saved! If they do good work. They can remain atheist but when they do good work they're saved by the blood of Christ.

Such abject ignorance of Scripture, history and linguistics - it's difficult to know just where to begin.
Anytime you wanna take on ANY of these topics one by one - I'll be waiting . . .

Ā

And this is absolute nonsense.
No Pope in the history of the Church has ever stated that Atheists will make it into Heaven.

With this kind of complete inability to grasp the truth - it's no wonder you post the rubbish you do . . .

The Pope is merely expounding on the teaching of Invincible Ignorance.
Jesus told the Pharisees:Ā
John 9:41
Jesus said, "If you were blind, you would not be guilty of sin; but now that you claim you can see, your guilt remains.

The Catholic teaching on Invincible Ignorance is as follows - and is NOT a guarantee for anybody.

"Outside the Church there is no salvation"
846
Ā How are we to understand this affirmation, often repeated by the Church Fathers?335Ā Re-formulated positively, it means that all salvation comes from Christ the Head through the Church which is his Body:

Basing itself on Scripture and Tradition, the Council teaches that the Church, a pilgrim now on earth, is necessary for salvation: the one Christ is the mediator and the way of salvation; he is present to us in his body which is the Church. He himself explicitly asserted the necessity of faith and Baptism, and thereby affirmed at the same time the necessity of the Church which men enter through Baptism as through a door. Hence they could not be saved who, knowing that the Catholic Church was founded as necessary by God through Christ, would refuse either to enter it or to remain in it.336

847Ā This affirmation is not aimed at those who, through no fault of their own, do not know Christ and his Church:

Those who, through no fault of their own, do not know the Gospel of Christ or his Church, but who nevertheless seek God with a sincere heart, and, moved by grace, try in their actions to do his will as they know it through the dictates of their conscience - those too MAY achieve eternal salvation.337

I read that the pope says to do good, as that will lead you to heaven. Ā Yet, the pope, in telling atheists to do good, and not pointing that there is only One who is good, one path, one way to heaven, is he not misleading? Ā Generally when someone describes themselves as atheists, no longer have the "through no fault of their own", as they have given thought and consideration and thereby rejected Jesus by proclaiming they are atheists. Ā Now you last sentence disagrees with what I read of the popes words. Ā Your sentence says if they seek with a sincere heart, while the pope goes on about the doing good nonsense. Ā Doing good will get you to hell every time. Ā
