The video if quite a spectacle, and there is nothing I can criticise. Having said all of that, it is not my favorite redition of Amazine Grace, I have never thought about it, not sure I even have one. One nice one that comes to mind, is one by Judy Collins. Personally, I like vocals, it always seems to me that this glorious song, is best done with the human voice, and bagpipe are just a bit scratchy sounding and distracting - but . . . at least it is not heavy metal.
