Maybe he has been busy with other things such as putting his cabinet together?

I have no doubt there will be valid things to criticize him over. Certainly no president ever skates through a term without annoying folks in some way. But the constant nitpicking over everything is really ridiculous and blows ones credibility.

Is it for you? What qualifies someone to be POTUS is winning a presidential election - nothing else. That's the law of the land. Everything else is subjective. As long as I can remember being able to know who and what a President is and there have been many of them I have never experienced one such as Trump. Why is Pence attending? Perhaps he trusts pence enough to filter out important information for him while he's still 36 days out from being president? He basically has no ability to do anything at this point with any of the information he receives. This is not concerning to me in the least. It's possible it's just a byproduct of him being busy and not being able to take action on anything. I would be more concerned if he had been inaugurated and this were happening. So this is why we should give Trump the benefit of the doubt. He is not officially President. He has no responsibilities yet so what is the big deal about him not going to briefings?
