If they are fighting against it and have repented and turned away from their sin they aren't a homosexual any more. You can't be both

Can't argue with that thank you God bless

That's a good question. Personally, I would say yes.

So are you a Christian?

The United Nations envoy for gay rights has declared that when there is a clash between homosexual rights and religious liberty it must be recalled that “freedom of expression and religious freedom are not absolute rights and may be limited if necessary.”

This is so comical it isn't even funny. this is about the stylishness of being new against the old and I would suggest we get out from under the yoke of this secular kumbaya organization before it tries to eat us.  The original intent of the UN was not to preach to it's members, but to keep them from tearing themselves apart and it has been overstepping it's boundaries for a good long while.

We are volunteering to be subject to this body because those who wish continue membership there have more faith in men than they do God.

Yet, the infection percentages being higher in new reported cases as pertains to homosexuals reporting disproves that assertion.

I think we're miscommunicating here. I agree with you that gay men are infected with AIDs more than the average person is. That is not equivalent to saying that there is no way to reduce the risk of contracting AIDs. Here's a comparison:

Driving a car puts you at risk of an accident. If you regularly drive 20+ mph over the speed limit, or maybe even drive while intoxicated, you have a much higher chance of getting into an accident. You could choose to never drive a car again to guarantee that you wouldn't get into an accident, or you could take measures to be a safer driver, like staying within the speed limit and only driving when you're alert and sober.

Yes, I do believe there was a miscommunication. And on my part. Apologies. Perhaps I was expressing a defensiveness that was in retrospect there and also unwarranted. Again, apologies. Forgive me.

You make a very good summary there. Thank you.

Editing here. I have exhausted the maximum reputation points I may give today. So please accept this in its place. :emot-heartbeat:+1

Well if freedom of expression can be limited, why dont they limit expressing anything about gay rights?

Add to that all the vulgar language, pornography etc that were made constitutional rights in in US back in the 60s.  All were deemed expression of free speech.  So lets limit the threats, bullying, and terrorist indoctrination on the net as well.
