Just in case some believe they are answering her / her questions.

Others are reading the answers and can learn something. Â Just have to bear in mind you are not talking to the OP of the thread but instead expounding the scriptures asked about. No, they are not the same person. Leonardo has been reviving all kinds of old threads due to the subject matter. He seems finds them interesting and wants to contribute. Yeah, no hard and fast rules, no established ettiquette. Seems reasonable to me though, that a person wishing to comment on an inactive thread, might first want to consider if they are responding the the thread topic, or the original poster, or some subsequent poster in the thread. Once that is established, consider the date. Do a member search, and see the last time the poster even was on the forums, It the poster has not been here in years, maybe even months, there is a good chance that they might not even see the reply. This is true whether it is to the original poster, or a subsequent poster. If it is the topic that is of interest, then maybe consider looking for a more recent thread on the same topic, that is still or recently active. If a person wants to post in a topic, and add something new that has not already been offered in the thread, perhaps consider a wholly new thread. Like: "On the topic of such and such, have you considered that maybe it could be understood as . . . ?" Just some thoughts!
