Compassion and love means treating others well, not bad. Not to demand sacrifice from his neighbor while not willing to sacrifice anything himself. Christians are first and foremost a holy people. We don't use love as an excuse to compromise God's laws and God's holiness. God says we shall not murder. Abortion is murder. Telling someone that they are sinning is not "judging" them. It's telling them the truth. Your version of love only keeps people comfortable in their sin and ensures they will go to hell. They are already under God's judgment. And there is no compassion in keeping someone in a spiritual condition in which they will end up spending eternity away from God in hell. That is the most uncompassionate thing any of us could do. Abortion is; death at the hand of another. Murder is the act of deliberately doing homicide. To argue that one can be excused from being a murderer because the fetus is early in it's term is fallacious at it's core, for the intent is to stop a life doing so by the hand of another. One cannot argue that life is both continuous, and also may be stopped. Each life is unique, a creation of Jesus' work, for nothing that has been created has been created except by Him. The simple desire to kill is sin equal to physical killing. The idea that such horror is okay, if it is done early enough in the individual life process of the victim is absurd rationalization of the act of murder.
