They do not see clearly. Sarin gas is a horrible evil and what it does when released on victims is beyond description but in a word, savage. Especially when it is launched against babies. Actually, planes took off from the same airbase within a few hours because despite the fact we fired 59 cruise missiles and wasted millions of dollars, we did very little damage. While parts of this statement may be true, the rest of the story is the pentagon stated the runways were not targeted, instead the planes and buildings were targeted, with significant damage. There was no significant damage to planes as we gave Russia warning of the attack and they had Syria move most of their planes. So, we basically spent close to 100 million dollars worth of missiles to damage some buildings and send a "message", which I do not think was what was intended. And for that we used 59 missiles which cost about 1.2 million apiece. Just a couple hours after our attack Syrian planes were taking off from the base.
