I am pretty sure that evil leader of N Korea would be more willing to attack if Hilary were president. you dont believe that army's have obtained victory after victory and still do by sorrounding the enemy and starving them out. They nuke the mid west alot of the world starves to death. russia cant feed itself, neither can North Korea last tine we cut n koreas food supply 1/10 of their poukation died of starvation in a matter of months. Most countries cant and dont supply there own food. Creating a world famine isnt winning anything but a slow death. I promise cutting off food and supply line is still a great war stradogy. supply is always considered in any attack plan. This tactic can be used for a while but it's like double edge sword. As soon as a weak leader comes enemy will see an opportunity to conquer and take everything. And then this starving strategy will be backfired. So it's not about food supply but who is the leader.
