What is the "it"? The links seemed pretty good. No demons attacked me whilst I read it and no sorcery was performed.

What's the difference between saying "OM" or signing "Yes Jesus Loves Me" or "Gimme That Old Time Religion". They are repetitive vocal exercises that engage the mind and put thoughts in our minds, which if pondered long enough, may bring understanding or enlightenment.

One is worshipping,or othewise contacting, a demonicly inspired god or force, which is an attempted usurper of the True God of Heaven and Earth. The other two are worshipping the one true God, who is the God and Father of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

I was referring to "it" in the assumption that you were a Christian.

I apologize.

I provided the link not to prove that a demonic attack would happen or a sorcery would be performed.

The link depicts the meaning of "OM".

The vibration produced by chanting Om in the physical universe corresponds to the original vibration that first arose at the time of creation. The sound of Om is also called Pranava, meaning that it sustains life and runs through Prana or breath. Om also represents the four states of the Supreme Being. The three sounds in Om (AUM) represent the waking, dream and deep sleep states and the silence which surrounds Om represents the "Turiya" state.

I started this thread hoping to garner information from Christians on how Yoga is perceived.

Christians belive that praying or paying homage to any idol, is idol worship.

It is against our religion Biblically to do so.

Anyway that was the intended message.

okay I haven't read all the posts to see everyones views on Yoga but I can imagine. I am going to attend a Yoga class at my gym to see what the big fus is about. My sister does it and she loves it. So , I will try it and report back in with all of you.

But more importatnly than that, I have the irrefutable Word of Almight God, that is the Bible. As well, I know due to Holy Spirit conviction. You there is nothing in this world that can sway my trust in Jesus Christ, not because of my own willpower or understanding, but because of the Spirit of God working in me.

I wrote this in another post I copied it for you do you think it makes sense ?

If not why so ?

I however am yet to be persuaded that there could be a reason that the Bible we have today is not totaly Inspired.

Think about it, in order to think otherwise we actually have to dissect the Bible.

Consider this the same divine Inspiration and Power, that Created The Heaven and the Earth inspired the old scriptures. They were saved re-written and survived all the years by Divine Inspiration and Power.

But the same Divine Inspiration and Power could not have preserved and Inspired the Scriptures that we read today ?. A power so great that led by fire and clouds could not have totaly inspired the scripture we have today.

I childishly refuse to belive that my GOD would not be able to do that.

The Bible that so many people died for in so many countries, is not in it's totality from God ?.

I seriously open myself to be taught otherwise. Only with Scripture of course.
