He would only be on the same level as McCain if he was actually guilty of what he has been accused of.   But up to this point, no evidence has come forward to actually demonstrate any guilt at all.  Not one shred of evidence has surfaced. 

Of course there is evidence, eyewitness testimony is very compelling evidence and can send people to jail on that alone.  Then the eyewitness testimony has been corroborated by people who have said they were told of the events at the time they took place.   There is a yearbook belonging to a person he claims to have never met that has his writing in it.   There is the fact that people that know him well have not said he didn't do it, but instead justified his actions.  

All of these things are evidence.

No, what we have is allegations, not eyewitness accounts. And there is no evidence that these events actually happened.

The yearbook is not evidence.  In fact, they are looking into it because the "signature" looks just like the official  stamp his clerk/assistant used when was the Assist. DA in Etowah County, AL to affix his name to legal documents.  They have hired handwriting experts to examine it as well.

So at the end of the day, you really have nothing to anchor to as actual evidence.

An eyewitness testimony is a description given by someone who was present at an event.  Or another definition of an eyewitness testimony is the account a bystander or victim gives  describing what that person observed that occurred during the specific incident under investigation.

The fact that you do not like what they are saying does not change what they are.

I know what an eyewitness is. And there are no eyewitnesses, none.  No eye witnesses have been reported as coming forward and saying they saw Moore molest a girl or whatever.   You simply have nothing, not one shred of evidence.

No the victim does not count as an eyewitness.   Eyewitnesses are used to corroborate the account of the victim. In a court of law, the eyewitnesses are called to bolster the claim of the victim.
