Satan don't need to appear as ET to fool or deceive anyone.  He has lots of men and women already doing his work , and he did not need to appear as ET to deceive.

NOPE he just feeds the flesh and those who feedfrom the flesh he has .

So who is this specific target that so interests  Satan that he transforms himself into an angel of light just for them ?

We know Satan transformed himself into an animal of some sort when he specifically targeted Eve .

Why do you think he would not just appear as an animal again instead of an angel ? 

The animal thing worked pretty good on Eve and Adam .

Can you name any other person Satan has ever appeared face to face other than Eve and Jesus ?

Twice in all human history  .

These face to face meetings are a  pretty rare thing for Satan to do , don't you think  ?

Then this must be another watershed moment in human history Paul is talking about , don't you think ?

When the politicians .........   (hint: nope) .....   get the idea ? 

How did BALAAM tell the opposing evil ruler to get the children of Israel to bring a curse on themselves ?

It worked so good,

all the corporations and governments agencies still practice that A LOT (EVERY DAY) ......

An subsequently Mohammad also  traveled into outer space and back .

Touching down on Temple Mount coincidentally .  

Space travel being a natural thing for beings from above  .

There is the angel appearance complete with first class outer space travel tickets .
