No need to waste anymore time with this person. He is reaching for what he wishes to be true.

Sorry to even read this Lamb2Lion.  God loves someone who is seeking although confused.  We are to show love and patience not shunning them

Read back to Listener24...I like what he had to say about all the posts.  My prayer is that you stay here on the site and not leave due to felling tracked or sharing need...that isn't Christian either nor is impatience

How about our asking needs to be according to His will?

1 John 5:14 KJV
[14] And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:

Where does God promise a person can't repent after dying? I gave you the story of the rich man and Lazarus. He begged for mercy, a drop of cold water on his tongue, but that wasn't good enough. Here is something else...

Hebrews 9:27 KJV
[27] And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:

Hebrews 2:1-3 NKJV
[1] Therefore we must give the more earnest heed to the things we have heard, lest we drift away. [2] For if the word spoken through angels proved steadfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just reward, [3] how shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation, which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed to us by those who heard Him,

I've given you God's Word, you have given me only your opinions. ...I'm done here.

The rich man was asking for Abraham to give him water. Abraham was not able to do it. If God wanted to, nothing is impossible with God. Are you trying to say it's impossible for God to do anything.

I've given you the word. Scripture says all things are possible with God

I'm doing well. Thanks for asking. I just am not pleased with how people paint a picture of God that drives people away

I just care and I know you are seeking...wise men still seek Him and I think your heart is in the right place.  In Psalms David says that Our ways are not His ways and His thoughts are higher than  our thoughts.  What I have learned recently is to not question God and what He has to say.  It was a troubling place to be when I was questioning God and even getting angry with him.  I never want to go there again

I don't think a Meek, humble, charitable, honest person would reject Christ if they actually got to meet him.

God takes this into account.

There are nice, meek, humble, charitable, and honest people who do not know that Jesus is Lord , or who have already died.  I believe before they are judged, they will be given knowledge of Christ and repent and be saved.

Hello Spiderman....ive pondered this before.Well kind of..ive thought about what about the people that never got a chance to know about the Lord.I cant remmeber everything  that  i found out about it...but if i remmeber right everyone will get a chance to recieve the Lord before he comes back....but i do remmeber a verse that helped me out with this...So i will get it incase its relavent..Agape

(KJV)

Isa 11:12  And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.
