  Bob Larson was caught sometime in the middle 90's and there were many lenghthy articles about him over many Christian and mainstream media's. They stretched from misuse of funds, staged callers, and if I remember correctly there were some kind of marital problems stemming from abuse. I am not completely sure of the last one though.

Bob, I appreciate the info you provided (although disappointing), and I will do further research for myself.  This gentleman really impacted my Christian life in my "formulative" years in a very positive way.  So you can hopefully understand my feelings.

The Lord confirms His Word....not people.

Thank God he does not wait for a preacher to be 100% worthy...

Even if the gospel is preached for wrong motives...it is still the gospel...(sometimes)...and if so then God is still faithful to his Word...whether his people are faithful to him or not.

This is why Paul says that he rejoices for every occasion that Christ is preached...

  The Lord can use even an unworthy money hungry person to touch the lives of those who are genuinely seeking after Him...and Wisdom..if these things are true about Bob Larson...

let it just be further proof of Gods amazing grace poured out upon your life.

Televangelists are further reason to unplug our TV sets. Imagine what the Lord will have as "reward" for these phonies using His name for material gains???

Romans 8:33, Who shall bring any charge against God's elect (when it is) God Who justifies--Who puts us in right relation to Himself?  (who shall come forward and accuse or impeach those whom God has chosen? Will God, Who acquits Us?)

 I hear a great deal of finger pointing and out and out slander.  Maybe, it true.  But, if it is, what are we to do about it?  Do I like the way those on T.V., stand with there  hand out, NO.  But are they part of the Body of Christ?  Do we kill our own?

 Let me ask those of you who are so quick to throw stones,  what are you doing for the Kingdom?  Are you praying for the sick? are you taking care of the widow and the orphens?

 If we are the true Body of Christ, don't we have enough to do, with all that is happening throughout the world?

 God is calling the Body of Christ together, the Word says; "that those who are first, will be last.  And, those who are last, will be first."

 John 13:34,35

 " I give you a new commandment, that you should LOVE one another; just as I have loved you, so you too should love one another."

  " By this shall all (men) know that YOU are My disciples, IF you LOVE one another---IF you keep on showing LOVE among yourselves.

 If these men and women are in error, stanging with there hands out.  Then give it to Abba, put it at His feet.  Die out to self this day, that you maybe all that He has called you to be.

 Remember, that there are many types of judgement,  What we have seen on precideing pages is covered in James.  James 3:1-6

 1.NOT many (of You) should become teachers (self-constituted censors and reprovers of others), my brethern, for you know that we (teachers) will be JUDGED by a higher standard and with greater severity (than other people).--Thus we assume the greater accountability and the more condemnation.

 2.  For WE all often stumble IN MANY THINGS.  And if ANY one dose not offend in speech--never says the WRONG THINGS--he or She is a fully developed character and a PERFECT man, able to control his whole body and to curb his ENTIRE NATURE.

 3.  If we set bits in the horses' mouths to make them obey us, we can turn their whole bodies about.

 4.  Likewise look at the ships, through they are so great and are driven by rough winds, they are steered by a very small ruddlr wherever the impulse of the helmsman determines.

 5.  Even so the tongue is a little member, and it can boast of great things.  See how much wood or how great a forest a tiny spark can set ablaze!

 6.  And the TONGUE (is) a fire.  (The TONGUE is a )world of WICKEDNESS set among our members, CONTAMINATING and DEPRAVING the whole body and setting on fire the wheels of birth--the cycle of man's nature--being itself ignited by hell Gehenna).

 My point is, that judgeing as has been done  is distructive.  When we see something wronge in a brother we go to that brother in the LOVE of God, and prayfully adress the problem.  Who amounge you had done so to this brother?

 What if, a person who is not saved get on this sight and reads what has been written?  How have we lifted up the Name' of our Lord by tearing down our brother.  And maybe even if in error, that brother was the only one who could have gotten to that sinner? Maybe, maybe all this is only conjecture.  But stranger things have happen.

 Proverbs 16:28,  A perverce man sows strife, and a whisperer seprates close friends

 Provertbs 6:16-19

 16.  These six things the Lord HATES; indeed seven are an abominaion to Him.

 17.A proud look (the spirit that makes one overestimate himself and unestimate others), a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,

 18.  A heart that MANUFACTURES wisked thoughts and plans, feet that are swift in running to evil,

 19.  A FALSE WITNESS WHO BREATHES OUT LIES (EVEN UNDER OATH), AND HE WHO SOWS DISCORD AMONG HIS BRETHREN.

I agree.  I'm not talking about condemning, but we must be careful with who we listen to and we have an obligation to warn others against false teachers.  You are right, we should go to a brother with whom we have conflict, but how can that be done with someone who is unaproachable?

I watched Bob Larson on TV last night and honestly, at first, I was really judgemental towards the guy because of all the tape adds he had going on during the show! I then prayed and asked God to show me the truth behind Bob's ministry and the Lord told me that Bob Larson is actually one of the few that are taking God at His Word and actually commanding demonic spirits to leave people! and they do!

Jesus said that theses signs shall follow Those Who Believe! "In my name they will cast out demons", was one of the signs!

We must be carefull not to judge others or we will bring judgement to ourselves!
