He is the almighty, He is the alpha and the omega , we come to the existence surely was started by His great plan , knowing His plan is very important.

Thanks for sharing Adh. When I think of Him as the Alpha and Omega, that seems so amazing!!!! I can just stop at that,  and appreciate what a great God He is. God bless.

Him becoming man in Jesus Christ that we may truly know Him through His Son and have fellowship with Him.

The astounding truth that He actually went through the pain and suffering and death when He could have simply 'taken His marbles and gone home'

O wow! Thanks fot sharing Yowm. It is so amazing that the God who created so much, actually values us enough that He has made a way for us to get to know Him is amazing!!!!!

Yes, In order to understand that the salvation is by God's Grace alone , in order to establish that premise He should introduce that actually He was the lamb that was slain before the creation of the world Rev5:6.

Surely He had a great plan before the creation of the world about us.

It is amazing to stop and think about what all had to happen so that we could get to know God for ourselves.

God is Light. And in Him is no darkness. At all. His promises are true. They work. They are for real. If I will just learn to wait. Upon the Lord.
Summing up. My God is a faithful God. If I will only wait for His timing.  Faith full ...

A number of years back we lived in a country that constantly had power cuts.  It was surprising how DARK everything was without any artificial light.  This period id time,  did help me appreciate what a difference even a slight light can bring.

I enjoyed what you shared about light.  Thank you.

His Kindness.

Thank you Blood Brought. Your name and response seem to go hand in hand.

I can't help but think of the words to a song we used to sing: O the Blood of Jesus... it washes white as snow :)

Good to hear from you Neighbor. Thank you for taking the time to share.  I appreciate the verses you shared as well.  God bless you.

Hello N, the writter of John used the word "Word", he could have use the word " CHRIST", and it was available to use it, butvhe use the word to discrived the Creator "Word", for a special reason, and having a context in his mind, which was diferent than what most of the people think.

When he use the word "Word" , many people from the Christian groups, and from the Jewish groups were deeply offended, and they were in strong disagreement.

If some how you may dish us with what is the meaning or as to why the author of John use the word"Word", in this context we have to take a strong possition to disagree with your comnent.

Even using "CHRIST" in that context is fundamentally incorrect and misleading.

Hi, I affirm my statement as to what comes to mind when I think of God.

I decline to hijack this interesting thread subject by going off tack and jibing upwind.

"we" may do whatever "we" wish.

As for me I am enjoying the reading of what others think of as they think of God. It is a fun  and encouraging.

I wish I had your skills  and your fluency in the English language.

I try to overcome this inefiency, by paying extreme attention to the context, so I have become a critical reader, if someone can say that.

I cannot thank you enouph, you made it easy and you made it fun, easy to comprehend and remember.

Thank for the choice of examples, I apreciate the time you took, God bless....

You are amazing!!!

You're kind of embarrassing me.  I had no business sticking my nose in with even my first post, but you have been so gracious about my opinionated butting in....  Thank you, and I will try to be "worthy" of your kindness.
