1 Corinthians 4:1 Let a man so account of us, as of the ministers of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God.

Paul is a minister of Christ and steward, or manager, of the mysteries.

Ephesians 3:1 For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles,

3:2 If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward:

3:3 How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words,

3:4 Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ)

3:5 Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit;

3:8 Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;

3:9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:

3:10 To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God,

Paul conveys that a dispensation of God is committed to him. The mystery is revealed in this dispensation to Paul. The mystery was revealed to Paul by Christ.

The mysteries are unsearchable, in that, they were not to be found in the law and prophets.

We are to have fellowship, or communion, in the mystery. We are to have, knowledge, unity, and be of one mind in the mystery.

The mystery will reveal, by the church, the wisdom of God.

A mystery is wisdom that is not made known in the past, but is now revealed.

God, according to Paul's gospel, and the preaching of Christ, according to the mystery, and by the scriptures, will stablish, or strengthen, the church. Romans 16:25

The mystery reveals a postponement in the fulfillment of the prophetic Kingdom on earth, promised to the Israel of God, by the dispensation of Grace. Salvation would go to the Gentiles until the fulness. There would still be a believing remnant. All Israel, all believing Israel that is, will be saved. The Kingdom will come with Christ on the throne. Romans 11:25 Romans 11:11 Romans 11:5 Romans 11:26 Psalms 45:6

The mystery reveals being caught up to meet the Lord. 1 Corinthians 15:51

The mystery reveals the will of God, by which, He will gather together in one all things in Christ. Ephesians 1:9 Ephesians 1:10

The mystery revealed that the Gentiles are fellowheirs with Christ in the body by the gospel of Grace. Revealed among the Gentiles is Christ in you, the hope of glory. Galatians 3:29 Ephesians 3:6 Colossians 1:27

The mystery of the body of Christ, the church, is revealed. Revealed is that the members of the church are one with Christ; this is exemplified by marriage. Revealed is that there is now neither Jew or Gentile, all are one in Christ. Ephesians 5:32 1 Corinthians 12:27 Galatians 3:28

The mystery of the gospel is revealed, which reveals all can be saved to eternal life freely thru faith in Christ, and His propitiation for us. This gospel reveals all the blessings the church has, provided in Christ, and the dispensation of Grace. Ephesians 6:19 Romans 15:29

The mystery of God ( which was not a mystery revealed by Paul ) reveals the prophetic Kingdom on the earth promised to the Israel of God and declared by the prophets. Revealed was the salvation in Christ, and His coming reign over that Kingdom. It reveals that God will be all in all. Colossians 2:2 Isaiah 9:7 Revelation 10:7 1 Corinthians 15:28

The mystery of the Father is His purpose to reconcile heaven and earth to Himself, to bring salvation to the world. Revealed is the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ, God in the flesh. The means of the Father's salvation would be revealed in the progressive revelation of the Lord Jesus Christ, and His redemption. Colossians 1:20 2 Corinthians 4:6 1 Timothy 3:16 Matthew 25:34 Ephesians 1:7

The mystery of Christ which reveals all that Christ accomplished by His cross. Colossians 4:3 1 Corinthians 1:18

The mystery of iniquity reveals that man of sin is being restrained. The mystery reveals the present and future distress they face and encourages them to stand fast and know the greater glory to come. 2 Thessalonians 2:7 Romans 8:18

The mystery of the faith is the salvation by faith in Jesus Christ. Revealed is that salvation to eternal life is not by the law, nor by works. Salvation is given freely, apart from Israel, apart from covenants. 1 Timothy 3:9 Romans 3:21 Romans 3:24 Romans 1:17

The mystery of godliness is the salvation of God manifested in Jesus Christ. Revealed is that Jesus was manifested in the flesh, and received up into glory. 1 Timothy 3:16

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
