A spokeswoman said it was the first over-the-edge death this year at Grand Canyon National Park, which had 17 fatalities last year. (The other deaths this year were outside the park itself.) Oh wow....I wonder why people aren't more careful about the edge. I'm even careful about raised up sidewalks which are a tripping hazard around here!
