New Scribes of law

Scribes of law in Gospel sought the worldly treasures by law and led people astray from heaven. Now, Church isn't poor anymore like first days of Christianity, there's money and many of treasures of world.

 

Tell us if there is false using of Gospel in this era for worldly treasures as a reward and what this can do in our faith.

It would seem to me those who are trying to lead us astray are trying to glorify themselves. Instead of telling us what we NEED to hear, they tell us what we WANT to hear. That makes them popular, and this popularity is what they want. They will find, though, that it does not make them happy.

Great post, I liked john, yes it's worldly purpose, for everything in world is lust of flesh, lust of eyes and pride of life.

Yes, the scribes and Majority of those times(and many still today)were badly wrong in thier ways of thinking about Torah, believing if they kept the deeds of Torah they would be saved,(while Moses found grace, Noah Found grace, Abraham was counted righteous by faith etc.) and seeing Torah in the physical instead of the deeper spirtual, which The Messiah showed us all How to properly Understand Torah, saying even if you lust after a woman you have commited adultry in your heart,(this is a unforgivable sin! in the first covenant) this is why No man is without Sin, meaning No man has ever fulfilled Torah besides the Messiah, even in the spiritual/heart!

Paul Taught that when Torah is read a vail gets put over peoples hearts, that vail is the view that it is all physical, and they cant see the Glory that was glowing on Moses face bc of the vail. But The vail is lifted when you Seek Him.

Ex: when people read about the Children of Israel being Saved out of the land of Egypt, thats all they see and move on... It was shown by the Ruach haKodesh(Holy spirit)that is the Vail, whereas yes that Physically happened but to be a Spirtual example of every person in the world who are Enslaved by Sin, and any person Who believes in His Son and that He raised Him, will be Saved from the Slavery of The Land of Egypt(Sin). 

The Law is Just that, A Law for all The people He Saved from Sin, His peoples Holy Law, know one has EVER been saved by the Law, that has always been a False teaching, Like wise a false teaching to say the Holy Law/Knowledge of sin is Abolished.

Nice information, but I'll add something to change the direction of your words to the direction of this thread, the physical understanding of the law by the scribes made 'em to behave worldly and they think that they're doing the law and they're righteous, it doesn't mean when the manner of someone's deeds is righteous that he's doing really righteous deed. And as that they taught people or people saw 'em doing and understood righteous like this. What if in new teachers that they're doing the same?!

Well it was far worse than just behaving worldly, they felt as if God had no say anymore because they Physically up held Torah, Messiah showed them How wrong they was, and they Killed Him for that Truth.

The Law, Torah is 100% Holy Just and Good. And it is the true Knowledge of Sin 1st john 3:4 and corrector of false doctrines.  and Its Meant to be followed WILLINGLY out of love, and the Holy spirit, not by force to say people are not saved if they do not follow it..bc every man breaks it in Heart.

But every Law is still fully in effect for all His people, and always will be, and always have been. Messiah is performing all Laws that Apply to the High preist.

And all the ones that apply to His regular followers are for us to WANT to follow.

I agree, the Law is still applicable and Y'shua taught that we are to keep the Law.  The sermon on the mount was about keeping the Law correctly not like the religious leaders who only did for show but inwardly they were evil and corrupt.  They would draw near to God with their lips but their hearts were far from him.  They had an outward appearance of keeping the Law but inwardly they were evil wicked vipers full of evil.  The purpose of the Law is to show us what sin is and drive us to Christ in repentance and forgiveness so that he can put the law of God in your hearts that we would not sin.  Its God giving us his grace to obey him and live according to his will.

about fifteen years ago God started speaking to me about the One New Man from Ephesians 2: 14-22. God moves in stages with humans. Without Messianic Judaism we could not move to the One
New Man. Today we have a few One New Man Congregations. The true Church will eventually recognize that as we become closer to the first congregation of believers culturally and spiritually, and as more Jewish people are added to the Church it will release the full Glory of God. We will
all do the same works as Jesus and even greater.  

Religious spirits are and will try to abort
this movement. Some will feel we must observe these biblical feasts for
salvation. Some believers will follow more rabbinical Judaism than New
Covenant. Some will even convert to Traditional Judaism. Some will
be more in love with Jewish roots than the Jewish Jesus! These are all
the works of demons! But some will see the Glory of God that will be
released when these Jesus shadow feasts are observed in freedom and truth!
They will “want to” celebrate them as opposed to “have
to” celebrate them!" 

 

And I personally believe this is the Gathering together in Zechariah, He will gather His people from east to west and bring them back to Jerusalem and it shall be called the city of TRUTH.  I now think this to be Him Gather His Spiritual Jews thru Messiah and Taking them back To The CITY OF Truth, the gathering of the flock. Bc just as the Pharisees of Y'shua's time, they chose tradition over Truth and commands, so will many others today upon the revelation of this truth.

Amen my brother, Remember how Paul said that a vail is put over peoples hearts when they read Torah?, and earlier that day I had read in Torah about Moses having to put the Vail over his face from it shining in Glory, well after I read that from Paul, I just Quickly prayed that I never have a Vail over my heart...and that Night as I layed down, A Word came to me, that said "you too was taken out of the land Of Egypt" and boom it all clicked thats the vail! When the Children of Isreal was in Egypt they was slaves, and they was Saved from Slavery. and Paul Taught hiw we are slaves to Sin of the Flesh and how thru Faith we our SAVED from Slavery..

And What does Torah Give as the reason to Keep His commands bc "I am YHWH your Elohim who SAVED you from the Land of Egypt(sin)"

And as you just said about the Narrow Path, check out Leviticus 27 and the Law of The Flock, and only a tenth Will be counted Holy!

Paul said when we seek Him, The vail is Lifted! Amen praise YHWH in the name of Y'shua haMashiyach!
