You are right! The Jews did not cause the holocaust. But they did deny Christ!

Hitler was a very evil man Just like Saddam. and Bin laden. They have stirred up mass persecution against Christians, Jews, and Americans.

If anyone denies Christ. Christ will deny them. Its has nothing to do with what color you are. It has everything to do with Your Heart.

God did raise up people for certain things to happen. And I am not Just talkin about the holocaust. I agree that Jews get the rough end of the deal. But I also understand if anyone denies Christ as Lord and savior. They also will be denied.

Now matter how much we pray.

The fact that Israel is the fourth most powerful nation in the world, and has returned to their land, even in their denial of Christ, and the fact that God fulfilled his word to the Jewish people to restore them, means that He has NOT denied them. Israel is light years ahead of their enemies, and has prospered miraculously, given what they had to start with.

With that, I give you the last word.

Now to get back to the subject I was talking about in the first place.

Shiloh, What do you think the odds are for The Jews to reunite With there Brother, Ishmael?

You mean the Arabs?

Well, when the Arabs relinquish the murderous religion of Islam, there might be some hope. As long as the Arabs continue with their declaration of the destruction of the nation of Israel, and continue to claim that they will one day drown all of the Jews in Israel in the sea, well then, there is not much hope for any unity between the two.

Do you agree Jesus Christ can change that? I mean, the entire religion?

Islam is a very harsh religion, But I have noticed that alot of what is in the Quran. Was taken from the Torah. I have seen Muslim get saved along with Jews. And I have seen how they all of a sudden became best friends.

If the two brothers were to come together. Do you think that Israel would be that mighty nation that was Promised In the Bible?

Of course, Jesus can change that, but the Muslims and the Jewish people will both first have to come to faith in him. There are churches in Israel where Arabs and Jews worship Christ together, so it is possible.

Neither the Koran or the Talmud have the answers, only the Bible holds the key, for it alone is the Word of God that can change hearts.

Why is it, that Jews have a hard time accepting Christ? I have talked to many muslims. If they could just get past the Mohammed part of everything, they would find out that Jesus in not just a Prohpet. It seems like they are so close. But I havent had the chance to see why the Jews dont understand this yet. I mean they Have the Torah, they Have the Word of God. Unlike the koran, that teaches all this Ji-had junk. Why do they have such a hard time with Jesus?

The answer is multi-faceted. One must keep in mind that Jews in the first century had different issues than Jews today. Having said that, it is important to know that at the end of the first century it has been estimated there were nearly 1 million Jewish believers. They were still the minority, but it is surprising to many that there even that many. Their numbers were dwarfed by the unbelieving Jewish population, of the time period.

As far as Jews of today are concerned, Jesus really isn't the problem. When one looks at 1700 years of crusades, pogroms, inquisitions, expulsions, imprisonments, the holocaust, all of which were done carried out against Jews by proffessing "Christians," it is not hard to see why they are resistant to becoming Christians. One cannot brush aside those issues. To treat them lightly will do more to cut the lines of communication than just about anything else.

A good book to read is Our Hands Are Stained With Blood by Dr. Michael Brown. It is an excellent book that is very readable, and outlines the sad history between the Church and the Jews.

Thank you shiloh. I will try to find that book. I knew the crusades had alot to do with it. That is why I've had a hard time with the catholic religion. That and the statues. It almost seems like. Believers need to seperate them selves by name.

I don't agree with the way catholics believe. Yet they are called Christians.

Christian Means to be Christ Like. Christ did not go around killing every one or tell people to worship statues. Or ever pray to them. He went around Healing the sick. Causing the Bind to see, and making the Lame Walk. And Preached The Word of God. Jesus said there would be wars and rumors of wars. This is happening more and more. What you said here sheds more light on the subject. Thank you again.

How did you finally find out was the Messiah? If you dont mind me asking.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
