All men have a hunger and a thirst within them, that they try to quench in all sorts of ways. This is a built in knowledge that God exists and that we have a need that is greater than anything this world can provide. Jesus is the only one that can satisfy this need. Ask Him to open your eyes to see the Truth of who He is. John 7:37 On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. 38 He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.” Matt. 5:6 Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, For they shall be filled. John 6:35 And Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst. The Father made the Way for us through Christ, while we were sinners. He loved us as sinners so much that He suffered to bring us into a relationship with Him. When Christ walked this earth...He was the friend of sinners and exhibited that and drew them to Himself as they saw His love for them. What-a great lesson!
